Absolutely DISGUSTING! I ordered a foot long Turkey sandwich from there and while I was eating the first half of the sandwich, I found a cricket in there as you can see in the picture. I spit the food out and went to show that to the general manager and she was like “that’s dry vegetables” when it’s clearly not. I asked her for a refund and she was trying to give me a refund for half of the sandwich only and not for the whole sandwich. Very rude and bad customer service. Please DO NOT eat there.

Clean, pleasant counter help, good service. We were on our way to Orlando, thought we'd have dinner in the car. Nice ride home; we'd stop here again
the only reason this has 1 star is because I cant give it a 0. I was eating my foot long when I bit down and feel an unusual crunch. A finger was in my meatball. a finger. way up in there. wayyyyy up in there.
I was in this place with my husband today and the attention of the general manager was terrible. He has a terrible treatment towards his employees and the attitude with the general public is despotic and of poor quality, he attends reluctantly, he complains when the customer wants something. The place is not clean or pleasant. I definitely won't go back to this place and I feel bad for the employee who was trying to help and had to put up with this boss.
Every subway in lake county should learn from this place next to the smoke shop on Hancock.Doesn't take long to make a clean sub and super friendly making it feel like a family restaurant than another subway chain.

Subway just like every other Subway good food at a good price
Time and time again I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they always disappoint. They’re bread is ALWAYS hard and stale. Not to mention their tuna has been faithfully disgusting. I literally will drive a little ways further to the subway in Kings Ridge when I’m the mood for a subway sub. That location never disappoints.
