The employees working the shift at 4:30 were inconsiderate and unprofessional. They were so preoccupied with their group of friends that came into the store that they couldn't even answer a simple question about cup sizes and completely ignored me. Then they proceeded to hand out free drinks to their friends and handle a live snake behind the counter where they prepare the food that one of their friends brought into the store.
The service was terrible and they gave me the wrong cheese,the bread was burnt and the workers weren't trained well,overall the experience just sucked.I think my experience would have been better if there was more experienced/well trained workers instead of the ones I was served with because they didn't really seem to know what they were doing.Subway I recommend you train your workers better or find different ones.
Piss poor Customer Service. Not acknowledging me when I enter isn’t a deal breaker until I hear you acknowledging others. Chris made me wait while he did who knows what (I’m going to guess preparing an online order since no one was in the store when I arrived) and when his colleague came to help me, he jumped to help the person after me. Maybe because she was 1/2 dressed or maybe because he was rude. He caused the person helping me to pick up my food and walk it around because he was in the way. Not very sanitary! When I brought up my concern, I didn’t receive any reply. In addition, the temperature for the toppings (including tomato and bacon) was too cold. There was frost on the container and the food. This is the first and last time I’ll give my $ to this location. Too many other options. Don’t recommend this place at all! Go elsewhere.

These people that work here aren’t that bright they run out of meatballs when all you have to do is heat them up and if you place a online order they put the Mayo on last where it just sits on top of the lettuce.
Ordered two turkey/bacon/guac with cheese protein bowls via doordash.The meat was not cut up at all and I did not receive the cheese or guac that I paid an upcharge to receive.
