Karina and Josh were super friendly, and really fast. Everything was super clean. Probably one of the better Subway's I've ever been to. This location deserves a much better rating than the current 3.5 stars.
I cannot believe what I picked up just nowMy sandwich was not wrapped and served in a trash bag, I tried calling the store and was answered with “yo “ I asked if this was subway and was told no and hung up onI worked subway 30 years ago and would have never served this or been so disrespectful to a customer I will find out who is the manager
I wouldn’t give this place any stars with the rudest manager ever in life!!!! She attacked us as guest because we were holding the door for someone getting an order. We were ordering food for our football team and she refused to serve us because of her nasty attitude and waved us off causing a hostile situation. Now we have boys without food because of her. As the manager she claimed to be she was definitely not fit for the position!!!
The two gentleman working at the store on October 4th 2021 about 5 in the afternoon not sure of their names they were awesome very friendly and they were cleaning the store looked awesome and now I'm eating my sub and it is awesome you guys Jam
Horrible experience. I ordered online got charged on my card twice. They said they didn’t receive anything on their end. Then they refuse make my sub unless I payed again. I went to this subway numerous times and ordered online before and never had a problem. I won’t be going back. They told me to call online ordering subway number I ask for number she said she has no idea the number. So how do I call? Joke of a place.

the WORST subway location I've ever been to. They are rude, hate their jobs, and are just down right unprofessional. I love Subway so its sad that this location tarnishes their reputation. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are lazy and turn away customers when they don't feel like working, even though an online order was put in. I will gladly drive to the Championsgate location because they have some sort of decency over there
Absolutely terrible, I ordered the tuna melt and didn't even try it. Immediately disgusted by the appearance and how it was visibility mushy, smashed into the bag and had no grill lines at all. Besides all that, they sandwich artist said I couldn't add anything only take away. It only comes with parmesan, onion, green pepper. Perfect example of expectation vs reality. Refund, I'm out
