Not always terrible but I'm quite annoyed. My first bad experience was a few weeks ago when I completed a challenge in the app and earned a free beverage. I showed the drive through person the message and code on my app for the free beverage that had nothing to do with my stars. She still used 300 stars due the entire purchase that I specifically said I did not want to use any stars on and gave me the wrong drink. Tonight I get there at 815pm, same time as another car comikg from the opposite direction but we can't both go through the drive through at the same time so I waited and let them go first, we're the only cars in the drive through. 821 I'm waiting for someone to take my order only for someone to say "we're short staffed, we just took our last order. We have to close early." That's all fine if I had JUST pulled up but the car in front of me literally got there at the same time... I guess I'll have to leave home earlier to go to the one on 50 that's out of the way
