These girls busted it out today! They had a full drive thru and the lobby was full as well… while making drive thru AND I store orders they received 2 large mobile orders one for 17 and another for 10 … They worked together and Ellie came up with a plan on The Who was making what and absolutely crushed it with smiles on their faces all while having a good time… YOU GO GIRLS!!!
It's Starbucks, you're here for overpriced iffy coffee with flavors.Staff is generally rude.Lines are always overly long.Enjoy it.
I ordered the new Frappuccino pistachio cream in the venti size on the app. Much to my surprise it was in 2 containers which didn't give a good impression nor did I appreciate the drink. Very disappointed in this location first time using it.

I am sure Starbucks does coffee great but for tea drinkers out there, skip Starbucks. I went to this location twice and each time stressed that I wanted black chi tea only and each time received a tea with milk, which I could not drink. I never order green tea at Starbucks as they burn it by using the same water for black and green tea. But now they apparently cannot even serve a hot tea with adding unwanted froufrou. Starbucks needs to get up to speed for the expanding number of tea drinkers out there.
I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window to pick it up, it was not what I expected and it was totally my fault. They were awesome enough to fix it for me.
We had my wife go in we had the kids in the car there the slowest place I've ever been to extremely rude and poor customer service. I really had to go inside after my cards are crying in the car for 20 minutes wondering if the place is getting robbed or not because my wife's being held up in the store. They do not prioritize their customers inside and just run through everybody on the outside and then don't pay attention they what you got to say on the inside so they got to repeatedly make orders over and over again.
If I could give them a negative star I would. I don’t usually leave reviews but the attitudes here are beyond disgusting. I ordered 2 venti drinks and a grande, I asked for ONE extra cup so I can split a drink between my two kids. The Batista at the window gave me just that. One cup. No ice no lid. Still didn’t say anything. I then asked asked for lid and she lost her marbles and decided to give me speech on how they aren’t suppose to give out cups smh never again visiting this location.
Is there such thing as a bad Starbucks? Idk maybe but this one is great.
Very friendly Starbucks. The staff really seem to enjoy their jobs, and it shows. The coffee was made quickly and perfectly even though it was a busy Sunday morning. I would definitely recommend this place to write or do a little work, too. It has a spacious interior, including a big workspace table.
