Notoriously busy and inconveniently placed at the front of a high-traffic parking lot, I've always had a great experience here. Shout out to Roger for being a ray of light and making conversation at the window with me today during an unusually slow period. He had the kind of energy you don't expect but can appreciate when you might feel like things are go-go-go. Very happy with my service every time but he really stood out for me especially.
The restroom was clean and I was able to work from there to have a conference call at the last minute. I would love if their outlets outside were working I am an outdoors person and prefer to work outside when the weather permits. Overall great working space. I saw students, realtors (like myself) and other professionals there.
Everytime I go into this location (about once a week) I have been greeted with a "Hi! Welcome!" Always a smile, which is generally just what I need aside from a great brew. There is generally a barista 'on the floor' restocking napkins or straws that also greets people with a smile and a little conversation. I really love this location, if I could afford to go everyday I would (my preferred drink is a little pricey, haha) I always leave with a smile on my face counting the days until I go back. Thank you Starbucks Team for helping me start my day with a smile and a great brew.
Thanks to the baristas for remaking my mobile order drinks this AM. I didn’t realize in the App that you couldn’t select a pickup time (or maybe I just didn’t see it). I can imagine it’s annoying to remake the drinks and I appreciate you being nice about it :) everyone at this location is awesome!
Walked in, ordered, and sat around waiting for someone to call us. After 15 min of seeing people getting their coffee, we approach a lady and told her our coffee had been sitting there and no one had called us. Her response was “oh i don’t know! I didn’t do it and I just came in” so we asked who did it and her response was “oh she went home already!” Speechless!
Rayna made the tastiest iced mocha mint latte I've ever had at Starbucks. She was friendly. Thank you
Service was okay. They forgot something we ordered but didn't charge for it. Parking is bad cause drive thru loops into the front of the parking
The manage and staff is what every Starbucks should be a place with a great vibe and and awesome customer service.
Staff was pleasant as always. They are out of A TON of stuff though which is not the stores fault. Drive through line moved really fast and we had a good experience bringing our dog with us as well as he got a pup cup and loved it
This place is very nice and clean, the people that work here are costumer oriented and the outside seating is great to spend some time chilling .
