My boyfriend order from the app. He order the hulk chocolate. Upon arrival to the drive thru.. we are the notice stating, they are out of butter pecan ice cream which is in the hulk. We get to the window and they had it ready. He questioned what was it made with since you’re out of the butter pecan? They just said vanilla. Now the thing is, they should have notified us, they were out so he could have better went about ordering! He was not satisfied because, he went in expecting what he ordered and they just proceeded to make one without informing him. At the end of the day is was just some basic vanilla smoothie and he didn’t even want vanilla!!

Please smell/taste your drinks before leaving the drive through! We just ordered a large Angel Food smoothie and after leaving and taking a sip of the drink, it not only had a foul odor, but also a disgusting taste. The ingredients that are put into the Angel Food smoothie today my must have been expired.We called the store and wanted to let them know about this, so no one else who buys the same smoothie, gets sick. One employee was a male, he picked up and just said "alright" and passed the phone to another girl, who did apologize, but then did nothing to explain why it was bad or offered any resolution.Tldr: Please smell/taste your drinks before leaving the drive through!
False Advertisement/Treatment of customerDetails below:I arrived this morning at 7 and found an employee sitting outside the store, but the open signs were illuminated. There was a sign that said drive-thru only... to which I drove to the drive-thru and found cones blocking it. I drove back to the front and the person had gone inside. I then waited at the drive-thru for someone to remove the cones and allow me to make my purchase. By 0735, no one came to remove the cones. I pulled in to a parking spot and the door was locked. It is completely unacceptable for a business to falsely claim they are open. Wasting my entire breakfast time waiting and thus missing my opportunity to have proper nutrition for the morning has set me back on my goals and started me off in a deficit. At no point did the staff come out and speak with me about why they weren't open, even with me standing at the door waiting for a bit.This practice cannot be permitted to continue! Some folks plan their nutrition around your businesses promises of health and wellness. I put my trust in smoothie king (clermont), but was left without sustenance and disappointed.

Excellent customer service! I went there for the 1st time today. I didn’t know what to order. I wasn’t thrilled with my order & the “boss lady” made sure I got a smoothie I liked! She went out of her way to make a delicious smoothie for me :)
I love going to smooth king but I’m disappointed hours change at this locationInstead of 7:00 am hours are now 9:00am
