INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS AND AUTHENTIC!!!At last my quest to finding authentic Chinese food has come to fruition. After ordering from other places only to be left disappointed on how the food tasted, Shanghai finally filled the empty void I had been craving for all these years! The House special Dried Rice was out of this world! It had the right balance of ingredients and taste. The portions are large and the prices are affordable in today's economy. The egg rolls may appear to be greasy at first but just let them drain in the bag and they will be crisp and tasty. My experience has been always excellent no matter what I order. I suggest ordering on their website. Then when you get there, your food will be ready for pickup, usually in about 20 minutes or so. THANK YOU!
Great option for take out. Their portions are sized well and they offer many items in two size options which is nice. Their pork egg rolls and chicken lo mein were both great. Service is quick and friendly.
Been living in Davenport for one year and this is the best food ever ! So happy found a place where the food is cheap and so yummy ! And the young lady who took my order was so nice! Thanks so much !!!!!
I live in the four corners area and hwy 27, but I travel to I-92 whenever I want tasty Chinese food. Coming from NY and having Chinatown within reach I rapidly became accustomed to good chinese food. This is as close as I've gotten, this food is GOOD! I can go to Berry Town Center which is closer to me but the food is not as good! Go and check it out for yourself, it is YUMMY!!
Trash literally worst pork fried rice wings and hot and sour soup. I almost went back but my 5 year old was hungry so I had to soak it in duck sauce and hot sauce to eat it.they don’t even fry the rice they just color the white rice…never gonna eat there again
Pretty good food. We walked in and ordered right away. After we sat to wait for out food, a line appeared to the door. The lady at the counter, and the gentleman who handed us our food was very nice. The food was hot, and tasty. Only complaint was the honey chicken. It was so sticky, like hard candy, it would stick to your teeth, and had to forcefully pull it out of the box.Other than that, we enjoyed dinner.
The last time we were at the Shang Hai was a year ago when my wife and I stayed at Summer Bay Orlando. To our amazement, the owner remembered us and told my wife that she had gained more wisdom because of a streak of gray in her hair. This is a husband and wife operation and they always serve excellent food. We will be back on our next visit to Florida. We would highly recommend this Chinese Food restaurant if you are in the area. There is also a Publix store next door which is really convenient as well.
Although I only tried three dishes, they have the least flavorful dishes I have eaten of all the times and years of eating Asian food. I really do not recommend it.
This place is disgusting. We ended up throwing this food out 30$ wasted. Greasy pork roll and I mean greasy food was bland no flavor rice tasted burnt. Simply disgusting.
I am not sure where to start but this restaurant either had a bad day today or they always cook this way and since it was my first time I did not know but the food was so awful I will not be willing know. The egg rolls were so greasy I could fried an egg the rice was awful color, aroma and taste and the main entree was awful as well no flavor. We had to throw our food away. You will think they will check for temperature and grease. So awful.
