Excellent food service was okay but probably short staffed last night 07/07/22 food was excellent such a cute atmosphere � we’ll be back that’s for dam sure
I have been coming in quite some time now and each time it gets better. Normally I don't write a review but the bartender and managers on duty deserves a job well done. Food was delicious, drinks and service is amazing! Dee came over and talked to us about the so connected and I'm a save fanatic. Plus the bartender was on too of our order as well. Thanks Allison
The environment is nice, staff were friendly.The deal with the salad is ok, only salad is $12 and something and to add in any entree is $6 and something.The spinach dip came cold and taste a lot of butter.The meat was ok.
The salad bar was stocked and tasted great, however dirty plates were only available. The table we sat at was dirty, however the waitress we had was very nice and professional. The chicken tender entree was not good, tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in the fryer making them dark and too crunchy. Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were both not enjoyable. If I return I would only enjoy the salad bar and waitress.

Visited this Ruby Tuesday’s location, & the food & service was outstanding. Excellent service by Deondre & Deondra. I appreciate their service.
I went on the Ruby Tuesday website and clicked "delivery." I logged in and placed an order totaling just over 75 dollars including tip. I received a confirmation number. About an hour later I received a message that my order had been canceled. Why? I called the restaurant in Clermont and the manager apologized profusely but said the driver showed up but they hadn't received the order so he canceled it. What??? I have no method for contacting the driver. Everything is handled through the Ruby Tuesday OLO website. Note: Payment goes to Ruby Tuesday. My order was waiting but I had to pick it up myself. Difficult for me because I have a handicapped husband that I cannot leave alone. You'd think they would have offered a discount coupon or gift card or something to compensate me for tipping a driver that never delivered my food. The manager said he would be talking to corporate about it. Ok..so about a week later I decide to give them a second chance. I placed an order with a specific time. The driver arrived, had an uber sign on his car. Received only about 1/3 of my order. Called the restaurant, put on hold for over 15 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Well the rest of your order is here. The driver must have "unraveled" the bags and tool only part of it. You'll have to contact the driver. Again, all this is done through the Ruby Tuesday OLO website. The payment goes to Ruby Tuesday not some delivery place. The manager said, sorry we have no drivers; we can't bring this to you. I asked for a refund. Her answer was "you don't pay us" you pay grubhub. Not true. My credit card paid Ruby Tuesday and that particular restaurant. The manager didn't know how the system worked and she said as much. Obviously the people running the show have no idea how it works. So I just spent 75 dollars for some french fries and a piece of salmon that was so dry it was inedible. DON'T order delivery from Ruby Tuesday. They don't know how the system works and if your food isn't delivered, tough bananas! They will do nothing to help.
The staff in the bar are great and manager Dee is the BEST!!!
Bartender was fantastic! Great service. Nice salad bar. Only thing I didn't like was the sauce on the fried chicken sandwich. Too spicy. But she brought out another chicken breast. Enjoyed it. Will return!
Enjoyed lunch at Clermont Ruby Tuesday on Sunday after church friends friends. The new Coconut fried Shrimp was so delicious! Jane did great job as server. All around amazing!
