On the plus side they got 2/3 if my order right. I called and explained they gave me a Greek salad instead of a Greek pizza. They offered to make it and send it out. Would've been nice if it actually made to my house.
We were loyal customers until last night. My husband ordered there special pizza with wings as usual we always get naked wings and we received some spicy wings we call the store and they told us they were going to replace it. We asked if they can send a delivery since we had been working all day and they agreed. Wings never got here.
Since moving to Clermont, Pizzanos has been my go to Pizza shop, but come to find out they charge a $5 delivery fee which does not go to the driver!!! Very disappointed!! Moving forward I will NOT support Pizzanos and if anyone ask me about Pizzanos I will direct them to another Pizza shop that is not going the gauge there customers!!! PS don't order the meat lovers it sucks!!!
This place sucks. I ordered pizza online, said it would be 65 min. Ok. I'm waiting 95 minutes still no pizza.I call and manager says she cancelled my order because it was too far. They have delivered previously. They didnt give me any heads up or nothing she said she emailed, not so. Thanks for nothing

I highly discourage a purchase from this place. Although he seemed polite and generous, the server who took my order didnt actually deliver what he promised.The chicken parm is a frozen baked version over soggy soft fettuccini, and was barely edible. I didnt eat. A waste of $30! I also waited over 45min from a distance of .8mi.
I was hankering last week for a really good lasagna. You know, real Italian- authentic sauce, just the right seasoning and texture of the meat, that buttery cheese. I got exactly what I wanted! And some nice tasty pull-apart bread on the side. Good-sized portion at the right price. Awesome deliciousness!! In fact, I just ordered again to pick up now. Yum!
I went there yesterday and I was about to order for my staff but when I walked in I examined the front was dirty and and then I stood at the front and seen a young lady with long hair with no hair net and all 5 employees where doing the knots Not ONE walked over to the sink to wash there hand a older gentleman sneezed in his hand and still didn't wash his hands. The Guy went back didn't wash either then the young lady with long dark hair was smoking her Ecig while making the knots. No one had gloves on either it was just nasty was my first and last time going there but I wish them the best of luck!
