Drive thru is abysmally slow. They take one car's order at a time and fully make the order BEFORE they take the next car. Staff inside is standing around. I'm guessing the manager is "everybody's friend" types or just is completely checked out. 1 car ahead of me was 15 minutes before they TOOK my order. This wasn't a one time thing, 4x in a row now... I'm done with this place. Kinda mind blowing for a fast food place. Not sure how the owner can be this oblivious to what is going on at Popeyes.
Employee at window, SUPER POLITE. He even told us to call the store to see if they have the flounder sandwich (which my wife wanted ... for the second time, unsuccessful) ahead of time, instead of make the trip. Great tip and much appreciated!!! Then taking s turn for the worse. Once I paid, the doors closed and didn’t see the young guy for MINIMUM 5 minutes, probably much longer, because I was waiting to get honked by the other several cars! All we wanted was 2 classic chicken sandwiches and Mac & cheese. We are super nice people and never disrespect ANYONE. The way some of the employees were looking... something was going on. Bottom line, the young guy FINALLY gave us what we asked for, apologized for the wait and closed the window. My wife immediately felt the bags of the sandwiches (figuring the delay was they were cooking it fresh)... but NO. Both bags were barely warm.My learning experience, and please follow suit... THIS Popeyes take a back seat to CHIC-FIL-A, 100% of the time!!! More than 1 bad experience with this Popeyes. Last time for sure!
Got the spicy chicken sandwich. I always ask for extra sauce. Food was great. Drive Thru line is slower than most places, but worth the wait if you have the time.
I understand the world is in mild chaos now but we have tried to order food here several times. Have waited in the drive through line for up to 20 minutes only to be told that they are out of all chicken except on the bone. That has happened at least 3 times. We left and drove 5 minutes down the road to Zaxby's and got what we wanted with no wait
I really love it!! The best chicken tenders, ever! You should try the apple pie, too.Very crispy, fresh and with a touch of sugar and cinnamon outside ??
This place is always out of food, and seldomly gets your order correct. CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!
I’d like to give zero star if possible. We waited in line at the drive through for almost 30 minutes. There were no one in front of us. Don’t know what the employees are busy with. It is ridiculous. The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.
Service was quick. Though the sandwich I had seemed to have been over cooked. Extremely crunchy, and not sure, but the chicken breast seemed very small compared to the all the fried crust. I will give them another chance.
A waste of time. Please go elsewhere. You pull up and it's like a smoking convention of employees hanging out the back door. The back door wide open. You pull up to the speaker with no light on it and no one greets you. This is the 2nd time here and the last time at this or any Popeye's. The food is great but they hire the worst people to run their stores. I will take my hard earned money and go to a place that appreciates their customers.
35 minutes in drive through line, was the 4th car, sat another 10 minutes sitting at pick up window before I could even pay. All for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries.. terrible customer service, no rudeness, employees simply do not care..I watched 2 others wait outside for 30 minutes for pick up order, multiple cars left in frustration. How can a franchise operate this way? Smh…
