I came in to get a smoothie, & I was greeted by Angelina. She seems to be about 18 brunette, as soon as I began to order, she told me, “Go back to Mexico you border hopper”, & laughed away with her friends. I went through the drive through in hopes to be greeted by another worker, because I really wanted this smoothie, instead I was greeted by Angelina again & she threw the smoothie at my face staining my car & my face, I asked her what her problem is & she said, “Mexicans don’t belong here, you beaner”, proceeded to laugh away with her friends once more. She is lucky she is young, because my Army retired self would have brought this to court. Planet smoothie needs better management!
Would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my dementia patient mother in for her favorite smoothie, & I forgot my wallet in the car, I ran outside to get it & my mother was gone, frantically I ran everywhere looking for her, I eventually sat down & she came out of the back with Angelina. I asked what happened, and Angelina said there was no problem, I go back in the car with my mother & she started telling me Angelina told her she was her mother & that my mother had given her her credit card thinking that was her mom. I walk into the store, & Angelina is gone! She tricked my dementia mother, she deserves to get fired, she is lucky my mother never carries anything real on her, I hope she enjoys that denied credit card! #FireAngelina

Great variety of smoothies.. The young ladies working were very sweet.. They gave me the extra smoothie instead of throwing it away, which is awesome..

I have been a regular since this place (2-3x a month) opened 7+yrs ago and prices keep going up and subbing things has always been a pain but someone always seemed to make it work so I have kept coming back. Today I tried to order a smoothie, Sub strawberries for bananas due to health concerns and they told me no subbing that Planet Smoothie changed everything and now they have to charge $1.00 extra even if I don’t get the bananas. So buyer beware that you are not allowed to change any smoothie anymore or you will be charged the up charge. So my 32oz smoothie would have been >$9. Unless corporate reaches out and fixes this I’m done. Worst part, I just ordered 2- $50 gift cards for next year that now have to be returned.
They have a great selection of smoothies. All the selections are very good.
BEST SMOOTHIES IN THE AREA! THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY POLITE AND KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN.
Hit or miss service, but what bothers me the most is when I ask to add an extra protein and fat burner to my smoothie the employee don't. The employee act like I wasn't just standing there a watch her do 1 scoop of protein and put my smoothie on the blender. So be careful when you add extras or don't add extras at all because you will be charged and will not receive it.
