You need to pay more & higher more people. Had to wait at the counter for 5 min. while counter guy was on the phone. My online order (90 min. ahead of time) was cooked, not cut & boxed. Again, had to wait. Employees doing their best. Owner/Manager is failing.
I had ordered a large meat lovers stuffed crust pizza with white sauce but i got a pizza that only had pepperoni that was way overcooked it was crispy and pizza had no sauce and was so dry it was like being in the desert. Worse pizza of my life
There is no point in offering contactless Covid-friendly curbside pickup on your website as an option when staffs at restaurants are too undermanned to walk out to my car or even pick up the phone for half an hour so they can let me know they won’t be able to do curbside delivery to my car as I waited 30 minutes with my crying/screaming 2 year old daughter in the back before taking her in to get my pizza. Service was horrible but at least food was good.
My pizza was AMAZING!! It was fresh and hot. This Pizza Hut is the BEST one that I have ever dealt with. I love my local PH❤
Every time I get a pizza from this location, the pizzas are overcooked. Every. Single. Time.But the staff is super nice.
love the thin crust, was a little soggy due to extra cheese, but only way I could get the order.
I understand that staffing may be low, as it is all over the country but I received a text at 6:41 that my order was out for delivery and received it at 7:30. I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I called the location and they stated my driver left at 6:44. My food was not as warm as it should have been. I was told the driver had other stops along the way. I guess I should have gone and picked it up myself. Next time I will.
Order was placed online at 11:19am. Text received at 12:07 telling me my order was on the way. It is 1PM and after spending 10 minutes on hold my food FINALLY arrived. I understand understaffing, I understand traffic. I live 15-20 minutes away from the establishment. I will not be ordering Pizza hut again after this.
I realize Monday night is Football night and you’re probably short staffed and busy as all heck. However, don’t sacrifice quality for quantity. The pizza we had delivered last night took forever. The crust fell flat, lack of sauce, and the cheese already crusted over. And it was barely lukewarm when it arrived. At that point, frozen pizza from the store would’ve been better. So disappointed. It tasted like someone’s leftovers.
Normally they have young but great and good customer service oriented people.Fast to order and frequently if you order on the spot the will finish your order within 10 minutes the most.I will recommend the chicken Bacon parmesan cheese one ..... The best !!!!!
