Ordered 4 pizzas waited a hour and a few minutes for it to arrive not even room temperature it was almost cold, witch was unfortunate to wait so long to get cold pizza. I ordered their "edge" pizza witch the toppings were no where near the edge it was way below even what a normal pizza has. It should have been called the below average pizza. I will be emailing pizza hut for a full refund and will never get food from this location again I will just drive to the further away location.
The manager was happy to help with an order placed online which went to a completely different location that I meant for it to be placed at. Got it all straightened out and our order was ready shortly after. Pizza could have used more sauce on it.
The young lady that worked the counter taking money and distributing the orders was a delight! (Clermont store 70 HWy 50) at 6:30 PM, 1/9/22) and the cook also pitched in answering the phones related to staffing shortage; both hard working GOOD employees! Food was Hot, tasty, on time.
The pizza tasted plain and not as flavorful as usual and all of them were over cooked. Very disappointed as I usually love Pizza Hut!

This location is either good or terrible. My food was over baked and cold when it got to my door. This is the most inconsistent Pizza Hut I have ever seen. I worked at one for several years and we were taught to make the food look, smell and taste the same each time! This store fails miserably!
Food came exactly on time. It was hot and made correctly. Great experience.

Ordered through Door dash. The store was careless when processing the order . We ordered a pan meat lovers pizza, and a cheese pizza was delivered. It was very clear the the employer entered the order incorrectly. Thank God door dash refunded us. But Pizza Hut I tried to give you a chance but you messed up.
Maybe this location is short staffed or perhaps we need another Pizza Hut nearby to alleviate pressure from the one I went to because they are always busy. The "cook"/employee who informed me of the first mistake (they forgot to cook one of the pizzas- so I had to wait AN EXTRA 15-20 mins while the other one sat in the warmer- meaning to me, by the time I got home, one would be MORE FRESH and HOT than the other)- that employee acted as if he could not understand my frustration- after a LONG stressful week as to why that was bothersome to me. He offered me nothing but an attitude and did not seem sincere or seem to care. I had to ASK for a credit for the trouble and I really only asked because he really had an attitude. But then when all was said and done, one pizza was luke warm and one was overcooked.
