We really enjoyed the pizza here both the cheese and pepperoni. It wasn’t greasy like others we have had at other places. The crust and taste was perfect.
We ordered from here for the first time last Friday and were disappointed. We ordered a large pizza, 2 calzones, and some garlic knots. The pizza was ok, the knots were horrible (I don't think they rose properly because they were very small and gummy), and the calzone orders were messed up. The place had no one in it when we picked up our order so we really couldn't rationalize how they could mess up BOTH calzone orders.
Called them late in the day to see if they could accommodate 10 people on a short notice and the nice woman on the phone assured us she could seat us right away. We show up about 15 minutes later and they had already set up a few tables together to fit our entire family. Food was fantastic!!! Everyone ordered something different and they loved every bite. We have lived in Clermont for 4 years now and this was our first visit and it certainly will not be our last. Folks don’t always pay too much attention to bad reviews because every business gets them. always consider there are two sides of the story and with fact that nobody wants to work anymore because they are getting free government money (your money) take it easy on these short staffed places!! Everyone was super nice and I made it a point to thank the chef personally for the quick service and excellent food because the poor guy was by himself.
Castellos is my once a week with my bestie place. A nice prosecco with a pizza and cheese cake for dessert. It's the best. And the owners with their employees...what a great team they make. They are a family which makes for a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a must go.
Their Greek Salad is the freshest in the area and Chicken Parm and Lasagna offerings are hard to beat. The friendliest owners are on top of their business during these tough times.

This place has amazing pizza! Actually anything we’ve tried from here is great. We’ve been coming here for over 7 years! It is at this point at the top of their game. It’s “our” spot. Feel like family there!
