This is The best Jamaican food I've tasted in Orlando. They have a large menu. The atmosphere is pleasing the environment is clean and welcoming. The Owner is very genuine and passionate about his craft. The food was Fresh and taste amazing!! I highly recommend the curry goat, and sea food platter trust me you can't go wrong with either one. They even have a great menu for the kids.
The Oxtail was the best I have had in years. The service was fast and friendly. The portions are more then generous. If I could give a 10 star I would. They were closing but stopped to service. The picture I took was after I already ate some Sorry I couldn't wait to eat it! A+???????
I was at the restaurant 2/15\22 for the first time. I had taken my boss's mother out to lunch. The music was good. But the food........! Oh my!!! The chef cooked my catfish perfectly!!! The portion size was perfect. I had asked the waitress to send him out. I'm sure he was curious why he was being called out, but I wanted to let him know he fixed me up right.!!?The food was hot, out of the grease and on my plate ?. The red velvet cake was delicious. I will definitely go back there. One complaint, no ice for the drinks. Chef, hats off to you my brother!! May God continue to bless you with the gift of cooking.
Food was made fresh and tasted amazing. The service was good, chef came out and updatd us on time of food. We had curry shrimp, mango jerk quesadilla, snapper and salad. The food was amazing and flavorful. The spice was amazing. The mango French dressing was a game changer for me. Will definitely return.
I discovered this place by DoorDash it was so good I started to pick up my food. I have been here multiple times now and the food is always fire. I love their ox tail and their jerk chicken is also soooo good! I also LOVE the beef patties. I always get the spicy beer patty, I don’t think it’s hot at all but it’s so flavorful and the shell is so good to bite into. I love the flakiness of the Patty crust. It’s a delicious place to eat and my favorite Jamaican food I have found so far in the greater Orlando area.
I stumbled upon this place with my girlfriends, it was authentic, Jamaican food. They had several lunch specials that were a lot of food and reasonably priced. I had the jerk chicken, red beans and rice and plantains. It was delicious and I would recommend it to anyone!
In Orlando from SC on a family vacation. I like to visit restaurants that we don't have locally as opposed to franchises / national chains. Paradise Cove was definitely the best food I had this whole week. We got the Curry Goat, Oxtails, Jerk Wings and Red Velvet Cake. Everything was banging!!! Large Portions. If you're on the fence about going, trust me... go!!! We might slide by on our way out for a couple more "slices" of Red Velvet (it's actually 2 slices). ?????
So glad to have a jamaican spot not tooo far from Davenport. Been 2x so far and it's great.
The website for this restaurant and the restaurant itself bear little resemblance to one another. However, once one gets passed the shock of that and orders the food, one realizes that they do a very nice job. It is really more an "order-and-pick-up" restaurant than a dining experience. The music was a bit loud for the space and there is no real wait staff. You order at the desk and then they bring it to you. But the Caribbean menu is very thorough and the food smells amazing when they bring it to your table. We enjoyed the food...but it wasn't the dining experience we had hoped for. All in all, we'd go again and the food was good. It is worth a try if you are trying to find something besides the common chain restaurants.
Delicious Caribbean food! So authentic- fantastic portions, and if I lived here I would get a lunch special every day! The pepper shrimp were amazing- very good curry goat, jerk chicken, rice and beans- and my favorite comfort food patties. Highly recommended!
