Ordered pizza for delivery, they told me 30 min after an hour I called asking why the tracker shows the car going back to the store. They then notified me that they delivered the pizza to the wrong address. Accidents happen but the fact that the The manager never contacted me nor did the manager talk to me after I contacted them shows me that this place is unfortunately mismanaged. A lot of options for pizza in Clermont, Ill be going somewhere else next time.

First time having papa johns pizza. Being from NY, i really feel sorry for anyone that thinks this is remotely good pizza!!The wings by far seemed what like must have been a joke- miniature wings at over $1/wing!Not sure what else is out there for pizza in FL, but this cannot be it!

Wings were so bad I threw them in the trash after one bite. The pizza was the worst I have ever had from any Papa Johns. I asked 3 times for Customer NO-Service to respond, but nothing more than a standard email reply. The fact they had a “standard” reply ready to go indicates they get lots of complaints.

Excellent food and customer service! Best pizza in Clermont!

Good pizza and at a good price. Very helpful

Order the new New York style pizza and honestly it looks like papa John regular pizza. So disappoint!!

The staff seems to be overworked and underpaid. The guy at the register was so patient with the customers in front of me. The customer took FOREVER and then at the end said they have another order (15 min of my life gone). All I ordered were breadsticks but they were so small it was comical... my sauces that I had to pay extra for weren't even in the box. No employees were rude but you could tell they were not happy no matter how much they were trying to be. Sad employees = sad food.

We just got 2 pizzas and chicken wings. One of the pizzas had an open garlic sauce (I dont know how it was open) and it spilled ALL OVER the boxes, the pizzas, and the seat where they were sitting in the car... and on top of that, the wings were rancid. Not like they tasted bad, but like rancid, spoiled, rotten. I called the store and they asked me if I was coming in so they could give me another order... hmmm, Hard pass! I will NEVER EVER go there again and will tell my horrible experience to everyone who would listen. Rancid food in a restaurant is unacceptable, unforgiving, inadmissible. They have one job. What if it was my child eatting them? What if we had covid and couldn't taste and ate them? I hope this helps to this never happening again!

After paying over 60 dollars in food this is what I receive at my front door. This is unfortunate since I never had an issue with this location.
