I don't understand what's going on with customer service in this country. Seriously speaking thoes employees needs to be fired at the spot.I came in, I said hello I would like to order pizza. The lady at the counter who woke up on the wrong side of the bed, with a grumpy face asked do you want it delivery or take out. If you want to take it out you will need to wait 25 minutes. To me a 25 minute is a long time so I asked her nicely how about you deliver it then ? I am in nearby hotel. She said with a serious tone, that will take two hours. I was surprised with her answer. Usually the pizza can be done from 10 to 15 minutes. I asked her are you upset ? She said no I am explaining, are you upset ?Well to be honest this kind of customer service shows you that this place doesn't care about customers. They need serious staff training. They need to learn how to great, how to respond, and how to smile their customers since it is part of the job.
Tried to deliver to a Disney resort. Talked to someone earlier in the day and they said they could. But then when I called later that day, I was put on hold 2 times. The first time the person who answered said they did not delivery to the resort. When I told them I called earlier and they said they did, I was put on hold. After 10min of holding, the same person comes online and said “oh it’s you, let me check”. Then, was on hold again for 15min and finally was disconnected.Do not take the risk and go for another option.
Went into this place and placed my order, nothing large or crazy, just a simple box of 15 honey chipotle poppers with a ranch cup. Came back after 45 min to pick it up just to find on the way home that they didn’t put any sauce on the poppers or add a ranch cup, literally just plain poppers. How can you mess up a order this simple??
Ordered food $60 order selected cash. When drive got here 90 min after my order was placed and i had to call twice because i was hung up on the first call. I was informed he did not have change for my order. Although I watched him count out his cash in front of me. No solution was offered he left I called the store where I was informed that it's papa John's national rule they only carry $20 change. Which I was not informed. I told the store there website did not indicate this and I selected cash. After 90 minutes of waiting I along with my family had to make other arrangements to eat. Highly dissatisfied with service and resolve.
They make and bake the pizza an hour before they give to the delivery driver. I paid 5.25 for delivery of a cold soggy pizza. If they can't hire drivers they need to use door dash before they lose all there business.
Stood here for over 10 mins before I was even acknowledged, phone rang and rang none stop.. I understand heavy workload and understaffed, but we need to at least acknowledge customers coming in the door. If there is a long wait or a big order in front of me then it needs to be stated so I can take my business elsewhere… finally placed my order and a 20min wait for a medium cheese pizza turned into a 35 min wait…. after the 10 mins of me standing in front of them playing invisible man..
This place is the worse I ever witnessed. Touching phones and other objects no gloves then touch our food. Joking around while making food no mask or gloves. Cam to the cash register to help co worker went right back to touching dough without washing hands. Manager is eating pizza on the floor. No one never washed hands at all. Please stay away if you don’t believe go up there on The weekend and watch for yourself. If you order from home be willing to wait a hour. The guy that delivering your food was nasty too I watch him open the box looking inside after already placed to go. Breathing over people food with them pizza lips after eating pizza before he took off. I ask for a refund and never been back.Nasty Nasty and very disappointed
I know there is labor trouble everywhere but took over an hour for delivery. $25 for a large with a 2 liter is pretty high. Pizza was not good and 2 liter was not delivered. Papa Johns does not live up to their advertising. I will try somewhere else next time.
Hour and 40 mins, rang the store told it was pulling up in 5mins.. 20 mins later ring again to be told they hadn't actually said that, they said it was leaving in 5, then when pointed out that wasn't what was said they simply refused to speak on the phone and I could actually hear them breathing, the food never even showed up. The single most bizarre experience I've ever had with papa John's in my life.Awful staff and wish id looked at the reviews before ordering. 1* consistant reviews. Why isn't their head office dealing with it
Ordered at 5:30 pm, called at 6:30 was told it will be delivered ay 7:00. When I ordered it was a 30 min delivery time. Waste of time and money. Received cold pizza and called and was told by the manager to just warm it up and was hung up on.
