First time here, not impressed at all. Very clean inside, and clean bathroom. Beyond that the way it's setup is odd, we went and sat down waiting on our lunch and after several minutes went by and we didn't hear our names called I went and checked and our food was sitting in the window, our food now Luke warm. I got a half steak and cheddar sandwich which is about 4-5 inches long and a bowl of onion soup which I thought would pair well, unfortunately the toppings on the sandwich didn't do it for me (pickled onions and horseradish). Soup by itself was good but again cold by the time we got it. They need a better system for letting people know their food is ready and maybe a better way to communicate oddball toppings that I didn't expect on my sandwich. Lots of drink options, I wasn't a fan but my wife liked some of their lemonades.

This low review is for the lack of curbside. This is the second time we tried curbside pick up at this location and we’re left waiting over 20 minutes before we had to go inside and tell someone we were waiting. Both times our orders were just sitting behind the counter. Both times they apologized saying the the order “didn’t show up on the screen” for curbside and that’s why no one went out to deliver anything. The first time this happened, I can understand. But it’s been months and they still haven’t fixed this?! Poor reflection on management at this location. If you’re not going to both with curbside service then don’t advertise that you do. I hope corporate sees this and does something about it.

My mom took my son and I out to eat here tonight. We got the Teriyaki chicken warm bowl, the Signature Take chicken sandwich, and a margherita flatbread pizza. The chicken sandwich was delicious. I had to take my warm bowl back up because the chicken was ice cold. I was given a new warm bowl and the chicken was hot, but I ordered it without Cilantro, my bowl was filled with cilantro. The brown rice and quinoa was old and chewy. My son's Margherita flatbread pizza was cold, had soggy tomatoes, and the sauce was watered down. The manager that was on duty was in a real big hurry and he didn't care to take the time to make us fresh food. He seemed annoyed with the fact that there were people in the restaurant and that we had a problem with our food.

Panera bread has gone completely down hill. Last couple of times we ordered the food has been terrible. This was the last time we will be ordering from Panera. We ordered the Napa chicken sandwich, they used to use real chicken, not sure what they gave me this time, but it wasn't chicken. We also ordered a salad that came with under cooked chicken. I guess when your company gets so big you can just serve the customers anything you want. This used to be a great place to eat, what happened?

Okay. Hard to find a place to sit because of the laptops. Not eating or drinking, just taking up space. There should be limits to address this.

I could not believe that when I went here for breakfast and ordered a sausage and egg sandwich that it was on a hamburger bun!!! I was shocked to receive this, but my husband ordered the same sandwich, and his also came on a hamburger bun! Our sandwiches were terrible!!

Being short staffed, it's not an excuse for bad customer service. This location proofs that. We were greeted by Kaley,. Wow excellent customer service from her. After we ordered I proceeded to get my passion green tea and the machine was being cleaned or something. Simone must have seen my face of disappointment, because she approached me and ask what I wanted to drink. She promised me it would only be a few minutes. She lied, it was seconds. She came up to my table and delivered my drink. Outstanding customer service! Oh, our soup was good too!

should have known better that this location was absolute trash. Bread on my sandwich tasted very old, lettuce in my salad looked wilted and moldy would never eat here again. They do the bare minimum to keep this place running.

I usually go to panera to get food for me and my kids. I don't eat meat which is why I always order the ten vegetables soup well today there was meat in it. My last time eating here!! Called and spoke to a manager that said they will give me a refund....never got it!!!

Extremely rude regarding a delivery. They forgot an item so I called them as soon as I noticed. The manager was busy so I left my name and phone number. I miss the call (they didn't leave a message), I call back a few minutes later and get to speak to the "manager", I think his name was Christian. He could obviously care less about the situation judging by no apology just "give your card number". I never feel comfortable giving my information over the phone because you just never know who will write it down and when I explain that to him, he just said fine, have a good day and hung up. There are multiple ways to make it up to the customer without getting their card information. It's not the money that's the issue, he could have handled the situation better. As a Manager I recommend starting with a simple "sorry". It really goes a long way.
