This restaurant and the owners are amazing people. My family and I have personally eaten at the restaurant several times and the food and service have always been delicious. Last week I contacted Owner Ms. Carrol and asked if she would be willing to help out with a homeless outreach that we do monthly and donate some meals. She did not hesitate, and immediately went into planning meals and pick up. Two days later she provided us enough food to feed over 50 homeless individuals in our community. They were very grateful for a hot meal, and we are beyond thankful for Ocho Rios and their owners and staff for their willingness to step up and to give back at a moment notice. Thank you ❤?
EXCELLENT, we visited for the first time, the Pattie’s is sooooo good, jerk pork is AUTHENTIC and super delicious, marinated to perfection, will recommend in a heartbeat, AMAZING customer service and SUPER CLEAN
The food was delicious! The garlic shrimp was spectacular. Also we had the curry goat which was authentic and tasty. The staff is very attentive and courteous. This is my second time here and looking forward to next Friday for the fish fry. Support your local family run restaurant.
We were visiting a friend in Clermont and came across this place by happy accident. We’ve had a love for Jamaican food since visiting the country several years ago. The food at this restaurant was authentic and delicious and the people were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again. Please come show your support for this local business!
We are from Canada craving for some good home cooked food and that is exactly what we got. The portions are are more than enough. The service is great and it was so nice for the owner to come and chat with us. We will definitely come back.
My first time at restaurant and after waiting almost a hour for my Curry Chicken. I was served 2 bones no meet, 2 ends of Chicken legs with only the skin and gristle left on bone. I wish I would have looked at my food before leaving restaurant. I personally love cooking Curry Chicken at home and I wouldn't serve this to a human being. The rice and peas was good and the music was nice. But I really wanted some Curry Chicken.
The Jamaican dishes at this establishment was the greatest Jamaican food I have had in a long time. Ox tails and also the grilled shrimp was great tasting. The staff and owner of this restaurant very friendly, great customer service and great atmosphere.
Just picked up some beef patties for a quick take out lunch - delicious! And a week and a half ago we had the jerk chicken and curry shrimp dinners. Also scrumptious! We’ll definitely be back!
We went in search of Jamaican patties to celebrate Bob Marley’s birthday! We found this place and boy were we happy we did!! The owners were so sweet and friendly!! We discussed Jamaica and Bob Marley, it was so nice!! We had our patties, they were delicious!!!!!! I wanted to eat a second one but sadly I was full!! My husband had a pattie and also had the jerk shrimp with rice. He thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Our friend had never had a Jamaican pattie before but he really enjoyed it as well!!! He had the garlic shrimp and said it was really good!!Our experience was so good!!! We will be back for more authentic yum mines from this place and for more Jamaica talk!!! So loved it!!!!
My favorite place to hang out on Fridays for a good snapper fish. You can't judge a place by saying it is not busy. The food is good and maybe most people do take outs. Very friendly owners who will tailor make a dish for me if I call in advance. Jerk pork is good and ox tails are super.
