Worst location ive ever been to and I stupidly keep giving them chances.Ordered DoorDash through this location (normally I go in person but I couldnt today)Everything was wrong. Ordered two meals, didnt get any fries. At all. The drink wasnt even halfway filled and the other drink was wrong. We literally ordered two of the same drink, how do you confuse that? There wasnt any cheese on my cheeseburger, they put pickles when i asked for none, and only 8 nuggets in my husband's 10 piece meal. AWFUL. And this isnt the first issue ive had with them. Whenever I go to this location its a bad experience. Its the closest location to my house which is why I kept going back. But i will not be going back anymore. I suggest you all steer clear of this location too. Staff is rude and careless.
R table was DIRTY with crumbs on it even though there was a SIGN THAT SAID THIS TABLE WAS CLEANED. The tables around us has the SAME SIGN on it n they were DIRTY as well, U could plainly C where sum1 had placed their drink on the table n crumbs on it. Bathroom was clean, at least the women's was. Prices went up only item on menu $1 was the large drink. Service DEFINITELY WASNT THE FASTEST.
We had to go inside to get the order corrected. We had an item missing, the wrong size fries, old, overcooked food, and they’re more Expensive than other McDonalds. They even charged 30c for extra tartar sauce & then didn’t put it on the fish sandwich.
I was their earlier today. I purchase a kids meal for my daughter in our way home. When I arrived home I’ve notice McDonalds billed me $12.05 for the kids meal. It was obviously erroneous billing. I tried calling the store phone number but no one answers and they don’t have a voicemail setup. Figure someone will see post are call me back at 407 - 232 - 4700
Waited for 15 minutes at the counter inside. 6 other people waiting behind me. Several workers putting together drive thru orders but no one came to counter. Awful service.
Terrible, super slow dine in experience. I know McDonald's is the lowest of the food chain but at these inflationary prices you're years wayyy better off just buying quality food at the groceries for a way lower price. you can tell the service has taken a toll over time. Ive been a regular for quite sometime and today is going to be the last time I will ever visit this location or McDonald's in general. McDonald's and fast foods in general become the most trash food quality money will ever buy. Do yourself a favor and save your life from this poison.
This place can never get it together. Anytime I order something with no onions they put onions on it, fries are almost always cold, by the time you get your food your drink is watery. They make you wait for the simplest items.
Over 30 minute wait for our food and it wasn't good. No communication on it taking long to prepare. I understand short handed... I understand it being New Years Day... but $40, 30+ minute wait, and disappointment in food doesn't make it worthwhile to eat fast food.
It's McDonald's what can I say, very very long wait time which is crazy considering their name is America's favorite fast food, definitely not fast LOL
This one did good had no issues, staff was nice, food was correct and hot...?
