Door says open at 5 am. I'm tired, need food and a restroom. Waited 20 mins at front door. Employee saw me. At 5 after I went thru drive thru to find out they have chosen not to open the lobby...oh and despite the huge signs that says lobby is now open.Maybe care about customers a bit more...put a sign on the door.Florida mcds have all sucked so far.
They told me that they do not support teachers during teacher appreciation week! Very sad.
I get it. It’s McDonalds, I shouldn’t expect 5-Star Service. But Jesus Christ in what world does it make sense to have curbside closed, but then have people pull into curbside spots to await their food because it’s not ready. Add to that having to wait 20 mins for it to come out. Fast food where?! And if seeing the drive thru employees laughing and having a good time while we waited 30 mins for some cold food they come out without sauce which is always forgotten when they tell you to pull up and your options are sit in the drive through for another 10 minutes because the lobby is closed or just go home. Pay these people a living friggin’ wage so we can get decent service already. The craziest part is that none of the food we were waiting on had been freshly dropped so like why did we even have to wait?
Restaurant was very clean. The employees are very nice and helpful and the food came out quickly.
Was given an egg patty in my kids nugget box. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but since I was on a road trip and going to the middle of no where (and of course hungry with a hungry kid), it wasn't a nice surprise.
This location has a very well maintained interior and a great staff.
Food was good. The staff had bad attitudes, and they were cleaning the drink machine with bleach and no sign on it telling you!!!!!
Didn't put the lid on my our sweet tea right and when it was handed to us it spilled all over us and our car.Forgot our chocolate shake. Had to go back for it. Unfortunately I didn't notice my kids drinks were missing until it was too late. So thanks.Fries and chicken nuggets were cold.I've avoided McDonald's for a good 6 months but had to stop because my son wanted it on his birthday. Should of.conviced him to go somewhere else. You guys are the worst.
Waited for 30mins only to be told “we’re closed Kay?” when someone came on the mic.. multiple orders wrong the issues never solved they are the only mcDs that doesn’t offer breakfast all night and their pies and ice cream machine is always broke lazy lazy staff go to any other one if you care about getting what you want.
I asked for fries with no salt, thinking they would be fresh... HA--what was I thinking, they were old and probably double fried, and the oil was old...the 2 for 6 on 1/4 # was ok, didn'thave to pay full price for a not-so-great burger.....now I remember why I don't eat there...nobody has pride in anything they do anymore.
