Weekend staff sucks! They were busy goofing off today getting ready to go home instead of waiting for the other shift to come by. Wow.Edit: They most likely banned me from getting doordash orders, Good riddance, don't have to worry about no tip one bag at a time junk orders from this place!Top Dasher of Clermont with over 3,000 deliveries.
Eyelash in my fries, my triple cheeseburger only had 2 pattys, no large fry i ordered but a large coke that wasnt even on the order in the bag? And extra cheese ordered on my fiancees burger was not there. Always slow service and not actually 24 hours. A joke.
Messed up order x2. Went to counter to let them know about the diet drink mistake and had difficulty even finding anyone to stop doing drive through to address the issue. Food was good but service was not so great.
Don't normally dine at fast food eateries. As a last resort, stopped in this location. I was surprised by that the food was not only tasty but heated appropriately. Thanks!
The one good thing about McDonald's is you always know what to expect and this did not disappoint.
Totally unsatisfied with McDonalds at this location! Whenever we go through drive thru, the employees are extremely rude. They get a major attitude when you ask for napkins or ketchup also.. many times Ive had the drive thru window closed on me. Nonetheless, I am alway pleasant and tell them I hope their day gets better, have a blessed day. Today I ordered door dash from them. No napkins, no straws for hubbys drink. Ohh and our large fries were less than halfway full! Totally rip off if you ask me! I definitely do NOT recommend going to this location! I know We definitely will no longer go there.
Every time we give this place a chance they always seem to mess up the order. Quarter pounder no Cheese, plain no sauce. Just patty and bun. Nope!, they always have to add something. Its frustrating
Ok, I already dislike these places, it was getting late pick up after basketball practice etc. We went in to order because there wasn't any room in the drive thru. There were 3 ppl inside other than me, they had already ordered and got their order. They were waiting because the order was wrong. So we order at the kiosk, scan the 20% off order code, checkout. Ok so now we see the code just wasn't there ok, w.e. we wait for our food. 20 min go by and we hear someone yell "ice cream machine is broke" OK I am calling BULLCRAP on every McDonald's machine always being broken. So we say to ourselves great. We wait for our food some more. Finally after 55 minutes, we get our bag. The lady rushes off before we can get a word out. We still need our drinks,sauces,and a refund for the ice cream items we ordered ($20) so about 5 minutes later they see me still standing there and I tell them what I need. She (the manager) huffs and puffs,mumbles something and walks away to get the stuff. So finally an hour later we are out the door. It just blows my mind. Maybe they are short staffed (I seen 6 people working back there) but still thats no excuse for the rudeness or service provided.
This place is trash. Management should be fired. I was the only one in the drive-through I waited 10 minutes to place my order I ordered a Mc flurry with extra Oreo and this is what I got. Picture is attached.
Very slow service. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food. After inquiring, we were told there was a delay with one sandwich app they were holding the whole order. It all came out luke warm and soggy. Also the meat was undercooked
