On 6/3/22 at 6:30am I tried to get breakfast. Drive through lanes blocked so I went inside since sign on door said opens at 5am. Lady with a manager uniform said they are closed and they are trying to get food ready. I asked why door open and sign said 5am. She said they can’t lock the door and they are getting food ready. On my way out an employee sitting at one of the tables eating breakfast said come back in a few hours. Please stay far far away from this place.
It too 30 minutes in the drive through for two sweet teas and the cashier had a real attitude as well as the person handing out the food. I know it is hard to get good help now a days but if BAD SERVICE is ok then perhaps you all need to rethink your restaurant because bad service is not okay! If they're unhappy with their job perhaps you should allow them to seek other employment.
The night employees here are amazing and have great customer service. I probably eat here more than I should because they're so friendly. I wish they had ice cream at night though! My family always asks me to stop and get McFlurries but they never have them when I stop by late.
I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. This is the worst McDonald I’ve been to. The manager has a really bad attitude, doesn’t know how to speak without being aggressive. They are extremely slow. If the app lets you order breakfast at 10:30am, then you should be able to serve it. If your so slow that it’s already 11am when I get to the window that’s your problem not mine. They don’t even have employees so you can’t dine-in. I would not doubt that there are no employees because of bad management. I know these are difficult times, but there is no need to be rude. You need to calm down and put some customer service 101 at work. Learn from Chick-fil-A!!!
20 minutes on line in drive through. And then they wanted me to fill out a survey online for a chance to win a sandwich. Let me guess, a cheeseburger from dollar menu.Hey Mickey D, save the sandwich; fix the drive through. 7:45pm is not PM drive time, ugh!
My daughter and I stop by several times a week for breakfast on our way to FAMU Law in Orlando. Angelia always makes our morning brighter! She makes us feel welcomed through the drive-thru window. She is absolutely amazing! Our order is always on point and the rest of the staff is kind and courteous!
Don't waste your time here. The only thing they seem to do right is make your blood boil. The only good thing I can say is that the cashier was friendly. Didn't put the sauces in the bag, forgot to give me my mcflurries and once they did, I pulled off and realized all they did was pour the Oreos in the cup over the ice cream, didn't even blend them. Don't waste your time or money.
This location has signs saying 24 hours. This is a lie. At best they are open late maybe 3 days a week. Their drive thru is never open after 10. I have driven here expecting them to be following their posted hours only to be let down and disappointed on many occasions. My friends and i have decided not to give this location the time of day anymore. Our business is clearly not important to them. We will start going to the taco bell across the street. They are far more reliable with their hours.
Slowest mc donalds ever , don’t come here if your In a rush. Not to mention I came here at 2 am the other night when they are open 24 hrs I pull up and the kids working said they were closed and were actually setting fireworks off in the parking lot. Worst mc Donald’s ever should not hire a bunch of kids .
This was the slowest McDonalds drive thru I have ever been to in my life. It took 40 minutes to move 7 car lengths. Then to receive two cold Big Macs, a spicy chicken instead of a deluxe, with lettuce close to being slimy. No thanks. I'll be going ANYWHERE but here.
