We ordered while on the way and still waited 30 minutes for take out around noon.The food, however, was fabulous. Sandwiches were delicious. Try the ciabatta bread.
Ordered a garden turkey sandwich to go. Folks that walked in after me and ordered were served before I was. When ordering I was asked what I would like for my side I asked if it came with the sandwich. I chose the fruit cup and to my dismay when I got home I saw there was an up charge. Really? Transparency I think not.
I normally don't like deli style places like this. I hate panera because I can't chew it. But this place is good with lots of options. I love their baked potatoes.
I came to the restaurant to place a to go order. I ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese as part of my order. My daughter wanted to eat her sandwich while in the car so I went through the bag to find her sandwich. I noticed my baked potato only had cheese so I went back inside. I showed them the bacon was missing and they told me in was under the cheese. I went home and there was no bacon under the cheese. I paid extra for the bacon and I even gave them a tip. Mistakes happen and I was polite when I went back so I don’t understand why they would lie to me. They were not busy either. There was only one family at a table and one other person waiting for takeout.
Walked in and there weren't many customers in there. We were helped in a few minutes and were able to place a togo order because part of our group wasn't at the restaurant. Everything was prepared within ten minutes. Salad was delicious, jalapeno crunch sandwich was ok, kids pizza looked like pizza I remember from the cafeteria when I was a kid, and the chicken and dumplings soup wasn't all that great. Kinda runny. But service was wonderful, refills aplenty, and they corrected that they forgot the chips in our kids meal (also, who doesn't include drinks with the kids meal?!?). Overall, still remember this place from college and still love it.
Had a great experience today. Kelly did a phenomenal job when she made things right with my order, after I was the one who didn't understand what I had done. Thanks for helping me Kelly!!
Phoned in a to go order for two spuds, very disappointed. One was a customized just a spud comes sour cream I added ranch and broccoli didn’t get either sour cream or ranch and the broccoli was raw. I thought it would have been cooked, potato was barely warm butter wouldn’t melt (which was also supposed to come with and didn’t get.) Other was a spud max with added chili and jalepenos. Paid a 1.49 for chili on the potato well the 1.49 got you a condiment container size bite of chili and this potato was warm at best. Very disappointing meal. Normally we love their potatoes, but they missed the mark on this one. On other recent visits when ordering sandwiches and requesting pickle spears, never get them. Just lack of detail all around makes it hard to want to return.
If I could give zero stars I would, it was that disgusting. Ordered through DoorDash, my corned beef sandwich, if you can even call it that, smelled and tasted nothing like corned beef, was dried out with a little clump of melted cheese on one corner of half the sandwich, looked liked they scraped it off another sandwich. This was just my meal,, I won't go into the other people’s meal which was just as bad. Never again!
Were on our way to Disney so decided to eat lunch somewhere we hadn't before. We like deli food so decided to try McAlister's. I had the McAlister Club Sandwich. It was kind of what I expected, the meat was all piled in the middle. It could have used a little more mustard and mayo spread over the whole sandwich. It was an ok sandwich. The table we were at wobbled which irritates me no end. It is a simple adjustment to the leveler on the foot of the table so you'd think someone would check that every once in a while. Like the ambiance of the restaurant though. Nice place. Sandwich came fairly quick also. All in all it was average but will give them another try.
