I want to start by saying that a short time ago I could say that this was my favorite pizza place, but in my last two visits I have had very bad experiences with my orders. Twice in a row and they are ignored my requests in the orders, causing discomfort at my little guys and family dinner. I don't know if it has happened to any of you here, but I have asked they on several occasions not to put too much sauce on the pizza since it overflows and is not to our liking, and unfortunately they have not paid attention. This is an easy request and I can’t understand why the guy over the phone can’t transmit the information to the preparer, they also miss in two opportunities the extra ingredients that I requested. I think they need a manager to take charge of the business. I hope next time I will have the service you offer and receive the precise product that I am paying for! no more no less.
Ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza. There was very little to almost no Alfredo sauce. My pizza was burned and had parts of the bottom of the crust missing. Way to much cheese and was very greasy. This was my first time trying this place out and I was incredibly disappointed. I know I could of gotten better service from a Little Caesar’s.
My pizzas were ready when I was there. I added a large family Caesar salad and the gentleman taking my order made sure that we were taken care of. He had the gentleman in the back of the house make it quickly. Great pizza & the was so much better than I expected. I would definitely order it again.
Walked-in placed my order for 2 pizza's were ready in less then 10 mln. The only thing that would make my experience better is I'd they delivered to my area.. I'm 4.3 miles and the only go 4 mile radius.. or they can build one closer..
Made and delivered wrong pizza and was told there is nothing they can do.
I wish I had ready michaelsL5875SH's review. Been waiting an hour and half just got a call - sorry it's gonna be another hour!!!! Don't offer delivery if you can deliver it is as simple as that! You just lost another customer!
Wonderful customer service. I ordered incorrectly and they remade my pizza for free, even though the issue was on my end.Always quick service every time I come here. Good pizza too!! I eat here every 2 weeks or so and it’s always wonderful.Edit: Joe was the manager who helped me. Whoever runs this place, give him a promotion!!
Ordered a pizza online last night around 8:30. Delivery was to he made by 10. Fine...I get it. A Saturday night and March Madness is on. Kept selecting "Track Order" but there was never an update. Finally called at 9:55 and the person who answered said they didn't have any drivers and I wasn't getting my order unless I came and picked it up. You're kidding me right? was my response and I asked to speak with his boss. Of course, "Edgar" wasn't there. He left his employee to deal with the disgruntled customers. Nice example Manager. You should have been out making the deliveries yourself. Too many other "small business" options out there. No one needs these poorly run mismanaged chains. Hope this review gets the attention it deserves.
Shout out 2 Marco's pizza in Clermont...Jim answered the phone and was extremely helpful. My delivery order was quick and the food (Philly steak and cheese pizza & Greek salad) was wonderful ? I would definitely recommend Marco's ? pizza!!!
The pizza is good but they forgot to add the garlic flavor to the crust both times I have ordered it from them.
