What has happened to your store? First you tell me that you can't deliver? Then you tell me that you can't even duplicate my last order? If you can't provide your basic services, just close your doors!!!
Still no pizza!! Ordered pizza online 2 hours ago! It originally said 25 mins when we started to order but then said an hour after the order was made. Now it has been 2 hours and we cannot get anyone to answer the phone. We have sat on hold for over 25 mins on two occasions now (the first we hung up after 20 mins and hoped the pizza would show)
My pizzas were supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:45 p.m. I showed up at 8:50 p.m. and the pizzas weren't even in the oven. I was told they'd be done in 6 minutes. 20 minutes later they were done. I just wanted out of there, so I left. When I got home and opened the pizzas, they were both so laden with massive crusts and hunks of onion that I couldn't help laughing at these pizzas. They were terrible. Then it looked like someone dumped a whole can of black olives in the center and left it to burn on the pizza. My other pizza was made totally wrong. I had a specialized pizza with a few changes. But not for me.The whole specialty pizza had to be thrown out because I'm allergic to tomatoes. This is the second time I have had pizza from there that the order was wrong. So no more Marcos for me. After 5 years, they lost me.
Used to love this location. Past 3-4 months have been terrible. Rarely get the order correct. Pizza quality is awful. Done with this location.
I used to love this pizza, lately they customer service is Horrendous, my last 3 orders they forget the soda , they don't give the credit back, they don't bring the soda I call and no one even Apologizes.. saying next time I should do this or do that.. there is no next time
Ordered pizza 6:48 pm. Its 9:15 and im across the street in legends and still waiting….
I placed my order never showed up and I’m still waiting on hold. ?
There was nothing bad to say about it. There was a little lizard ? sitting next to my table lol nothing new in Florida. I picked him up and put him out. That was the highlight of my visit. No complaints
Gave 4 stars..only two employees working on a Saturday night. Felt bad for the employees. They couldn't keep up with the orders but they were trying.
Big disconnect between the online and application service versus the store itself. I had a problem with an order and the order and could not contact the manager. I left notes from to call and never did. I did get a email from corporate asking from corporate asking about what my experience was. I was. It took 15 minutes just to find that I had to log into the account at the end and it lost all of the information. Then I sent another email offered free crazy bread if I go through the process again. The free crazy bread was only with a full priced pizza, Not disclosed at the beginning of the survey. Still do not get a response from the managers.
