Dropped by the drive thru to pickup dinner for my family. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and made fresh chicken for me. Since I had to wait for the fresh chicken to cook, the staff offered me a drink and then were super super nice when they brought it out to my car for me.Food was fresh, delicious, and great! As far as KFC goes hands down the nicest and most pleasant experience I've had.
I mobile ordered and was missing my tenders, so I called and got new ones. They gave me two sides and a drink while I waited. The person at the drive through was very kind and wanted to make it right. I’d go back for sure
The young lady to drive through was absolutely adorable. We had the chicken breast sandwich and french fries the chicken breast and the french fries were hot. The chicken breast was huge piece of meat. Overall really enjoyable meal.
I ordered online for pickup a side lovers meal and a 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tender meal. Drove 15 minutes to get there, picked up my order only to get back and realize there were no tenders in my bag. I called and nobody picked up the phone. A waste of time and money.
Experience: Although there were only 3 people working, they were all polite and helpful. Great experience with the service.Food: Good as always for fast food fried chicken
If you like KFC this is the place to go. Drive thru was fast. Was in and out in 2 minutes. However I'll not order large fries again, 7 bucks and change.
We tried the Beyond Fried chicken, it was really good and filling. Only issue is that it is being cooked in the same oil as the normal chicken. Not a huge problem but wanted to share that info.
My wife and I ate there yesterday for a dine-in meal. We both ordered a three piece meal. For the first time in fifty years eating at KFC I ordered the crispy instead of original. Huge mistake. The chicken was greasy, the coating fell apart, and the meal was tasteless. We ate a couple of pieces of chicken which were both dark meat (two legs and two thighs). Not a big deal ,but we have always gotten a mixed white and dark chicken box without asking; again we have eaten at KFC for fifty years. We boxed up the remaining two pieces of chicken and went home. A couple of hours later we ate the two remaining pieces of chicken which also turned out to be dark meat (thighs). Just glancing at a thigh or breast pieces can be misjudged. I called the store which the phone repeatedly rang and then hung up on my attempts. I then attempted to contact corporate but it keeps you on hold indefinitely. I again called the store and asked for the manager which he acknowledged himself as Mike the manager. I explained the situation and he stated that it is customary to give all dark meat to dine- in customers unless they specifically ask for certain chicken parts. I have never heard this before but maybe this is the new norm. I asked Mike a couple of questions and he repeated himself over again about the dark meat for dining-in. No communication skills whatsoever which he never answered my questions. At one point he said hold on for a moment which was actually three minutes and he never returned to the phone. I could hear him in the background talking but he never returned to the phone. I called back and another manager named Arden, female , explained the same thing to me but this time she said she would replace the order for free and added " two free meals won't hurt us." We have decided never to return and I don't care about free food. The attitude is exactly what we are experiencing lately in the restaurant industry. I know understaffed is an issue but please be mindful of guests who do not understand the new protocols of dining out.
I always have the best service here. Fresh food & friendly employees!
Absolutely horrible location. Very rude staff. I ordered the 12pc Beyond Nuggets and they only put 9pc in my order, and they charged me $16.04. Will not come back.
