The new chicken breast sandwich was phenomenal! More meat than breading, best fast food chicken breast ever...moist and tender I'll be back ! Service was quick and friendly also.

I’ve been to this location several times due to its proximity to my house. If or when they have chicken in stock, the service is usually pretty weak. They always seem very short staffed and slow. The lobby always looks like a mess because they don’t have anyone to go upkeep it. The employees usually aren’t super friendly. Just doing what they can to get through their shift. I always expect something to go wrong every time I visit.

I have never had a bad experience until I visited this location. Over paid , waited 30 minutes for our order to be ready. There crispy chicken is not crispy at all. More soggy then fresh. Chicken was not tender. And fry's was soggy and not fresh.. highly not recommend at all at this location. Waste of your time and over priced money.. seafood buffet are cheeper and has better foods.,..

It has been a while since I have visited KFC. Let me start off with Wow.. your prices are now through the roof. Over 30.00 for two people. The seafood buffet is even cheaper. Had to also wait in my truck for over 30 minutes for my order. Fry's was so cold my dog didn't even eat them. Food was not what I have came to expect from KFC. Do Not Expect us to go to this location any time in the next few years..

Ordered DoorDash from this location.. Ordered extra crispy chicken, got original, got kids chicken tenders with lemonade (tenders were cold, never received lemonades) ordered a 12 pack of cookies, no cookies. No straws for the drinks, sent Sierra Mist not Mt. Dew as requested. Side order of corn was old and shriveled. Ordered a masterpiece bowl to only have one chicken tender cut up in it instead of popcorn chicken. By far the WORST KFC experience I’ve ever experienced in 36 years….

Extremely Slow service, waited 8 mins at the counter before took my order. Ask for a 16 pieces dark and was told okay, when my food was served 15 mins later, it was mixed to then be told they don't do special orders. Well why did you take my order as such and confirmed it!!

I ordered a 16 piece dark meat only meal and confirmed it with two employees. Only to be told by a third employee, after the order was prepared, that they do not do special orders. She proceeded to claim the other two employees were new, which clearly was a lie.This team would benefit in customer service etiquette. They should have honored the ordered if I was already told it was ok to do. I didn’t continue to argue the issue because it took them over 20 minutes to complete the order. I’ll choose not to return to this location anymore.

We went today and ordered multiple items including Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. The lady forgot to to put our gravy in the bag because she was busy chatting with others. We didn’t notice until we got home. We drove back for our gravy and got attitude from the manager. I’m sorry but we don’t pack our own bag and gravy was on our receipt so that’s on them for messing up the order. It’s a 15 minute drive each way and very irritating with traffic not to get your order correct

I enjoy a KFC meal now and again, and have been thoroughly happy with this location. Every time I go there, the orders are correct, the chicken is fresh, the biscuits are fresh, and there's plenty of gravy on the potatoes. The staff is friendly and I make sure to compliment them - and I think that's something they appreciate.It's a bit of a drive for me to go to this particular KFC but well worth the trip. I got tired of many of the other KFC's that wouldn't open their dining rooms.

Ordered a combo for lunch and got a box full of biscuits with no drink and Mac and cheese, my order is completely wrong and representative keeps hanging up the phone. Terrible service!
