Did not enjoy the wings. Will not order from here again.
Placed an order around 10:15 pm. Order was due at 10:41. I called at 10:47 asking if my food was going to be a moment. They informed me that they closed early and that i would not be able to get the order. That's really unfortunate. But then it does not have a cohesive refund option because they said on Google that my order was pickup and good. That is not the case. Hopefully they will make this right as I am from out of town. All I need is my refund. I will update as soon as it's resolved.Update: My refund took quicker than I expected. Looking back, the person on the phone was nice and explained it gently. Also I have a local It's Just Wing's, so hopefully it tastes well. It has been resolved quickly and amicably.
Ordered traditional Medium Buffalo wings got BBQ wings instead asked for an exchange and the lady at the mobile order station told me these are medium Buffalo and she couldn’t change that. I even had a side of medium Buffalo and told her too look at the difference and she refused. She went to grab a manager I had already been waiting for 30 minutes after my order had said ready so I just walked out.
Ordered a few times now and all in all it’s pretty good, minor issues twice. First time we had a problem, the amount of seasoning on the lemon pepper wings was lacking big time and today I received 6 wings instead of the 8 I ordered. I’m willing to overlook slight issues like this, because the smoked lemon pepper wings are really tasty and have become my favorite wings around here. My son also rates their garlic Parmesan boneless wings a10 out of 10. **** Just a side note - when you order they automatically have it set to a 20% tip but you can change that, to any amount of your choice, you just have to pay attention before checking out!!!
Just a fast note for parties of 6 or more.. The front said he can't seat more than 6 and said that he couldn't split tables because we would get the same waiter.. In his final words he said " SO No!"Bye to my over 6 party money we would have given you! 10 thumbs Down!
Just wings?? It should be called it’s“ just nuggets” and it’s inside of chilies, it’s not a stand alone restaurant! I wasn’t informed that they weren’t wings, I ordered baked wings and got nuggets!! Never again
Ordered my food on the DoorDash app for It’s Just Wings last night, when I opened the box only one wing had sauce and the rest were completely dry. The food was also cold. Very disappointed for my first experience.
The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here they don’t put any of the sauce for the Oreos or the wings in the order, even when I pay for extra sauce to make sure I get some. Learn how orders work before offering things
Ordered smoked chicken wings came dry as jerkey. No customer service number, chills is no help!
I rarely give reviews, but today I was amazed how great the food was. First time ordering wings here. The lemon pepper wings were Crispy and flavorful. The Buffalo boneless were nearly perfect and don’t get me started on those fried Oreos…. Highly recommend this wing places!
