Great restaurant. Always very busy but the staff do a great job ?IHOP...I hope the staff are being taken care of. Healthcare, liveable wage, vacation time, sick leave?
The service and food were excellent. It was my birthday and I even got a sundae for dessert!
Come here often with my wife, theybhave gluten free pancakes that she absolutely loves. I always get the country fried steak, which is also good. Funny enough we usually get the same 2 waiters, but the staff is nice and friendly.
It was a great experience. I was seated right away. The food come quick the food was fresh and hot. The waitress was great too. She kept my glass of water filled.
Ate dine-in IHOP, 2-14-22 around 2:30 PM. Ate breakfast for lunch. Food was good, enough for the 55+ menu serving, priced good. Was fast service, quiet for Valentine's Day, was clean in restaurant and bathroom. Rated a 4 as I always feel there is something maybe I didn't experience needing improvement. Even humans need improvement on something

So today on 12/30/21 we came and waited. There were also three other groups who entered and waited to be seated. Nothing. Every other person who worked there ignored the front, the restaurant had plenty of empty seats and after waiting 10 minutes only to be told there would be a 30 minute wait for food. no snacks in the meantime, or to wait at a booth with coffee, nothing. Horrible experience so sad the kids really wanted pancakes. Others also left due to the same reason.
Excellent restaurant my parents and I have been here twice since the beginning of January there omelets are so incredible I enjoy coming here!
We frequently visit this location and have always received friendly and expeditious service. However, today we were disappointed to wait about 20+ minutes to be seated and then another 60+ for the food to arrive, despite having ordered immediately. It is not the servers’ fault: the kitchen was backed up. We were advised it would take about another 15 minutes, when that was totally accurate. We could hear people screaming in the kitchen. We did not see a manager, who should have circled the restaurant apologizing for the delay. It’s one of our favorite restaurants, but it will be a while before we return. The host did not even say good morning and should have told us the ‘real’ waiting time, including how long the food is was expected to take.
