Before I begin I'll say this: the girl who answered the phone was friendly and professional, the delivery driver was also friendly, that being said let's begin with this was the worst experience ever. Pizza was late, cold and undercooked. Pizza even looked like it was either packed in a hurry or maybe slid off the seat. Tasted horrible, threw most of it away. Will not be likely to ever order from ANY Howie's again, feels like this company is going downhill fast. Tired of bad food, undercooked food, or just wrong food. Sad because HH used to be one of my favorites.
Always good food. Tonight when I called, the young lady taking my order was so pleasant and professional, patiently answered my questions and repeated my order back to me to confirm. Everyone at every job should speak to customers as she did! Great job!

I had trouble ordering online,went to the local clermont store to find out what was going on. Lindsay was very smart,and understood exactly what had happended and even got the manager for us. The pizza was also very good. Lindsey keep smiling,being postive and giving excellence customer service. I hope you see this postive review Lindsey. Also the manager had excellence customer service skill's as well. Also for anyone eles who was at the store when we order and helped make the pizza,thank you as well.
Great customer service, and great food! There's a location in Leesburg, but I prefer to drive to Clermont just to have great customer service, and quality food.
I will not order from them again the driver stole my package box that was in front of my door and I called them and he lies to them and has not return my package this last time I will order pizza from them.. their theifs
10/14/21When I got home after picking up my pizza I realized I got someone else’s pizza. I called the store and spoke to a girl named Lindsay who was very rude and condescending asked politely if somebody could please deliver my pizza that I had ordered she said no it was too far.. I will never come here again, the service is terrible and the employees are simpletons. Also she was supposed to give me a credit on my account and never did so I just went through my bank in disputed the charges.
Wait what? It says order DoorDash on Google maps but obviously this merchant sticks to the traditional pizza delivery method, perhaps I call doordash and expose this place for false advertising. Especially as a Top DoorDasher. Ooof
I swear there delivery is so fast and hot I starting to think there psychic. Best customer service. Great food. My son loves it.
