The food was disgusting. The chicken tasted weird, the veggies were drenched in sauce. The rice was not seasoned well. It was my first time eating there. I would never go back.It was apparent that there was no effort to make the food actually taste good. And the staff wasn’t very friendly.
Great service. Not always the freshest veggies but it’s fast food so can’t complain too much. Great quick option for hibachi. Good rice. Good chicken.
The food here was good! My hibachi shrimp wasflavorful and wasn't too chewy.My rating is low because the amount of plastic waste this place produces is incredibly alarming.I tend to dine-in to reduce plastic waste, but the dine-in salads all came in plastic boxes with plastic ramekins for the dressing and every entree came in several more pieces of plastic.So long as they continue this practice, I will not be returning to dine here. It just breaks my heart to see that much unnecessary waste. I will be happy to edit my review if things change in the future :)
Ordered 2 steak, shrimp and chicken hibachi dinners Togo. All of the meat was extremely dry and over cooked. There were little bones in my steak as well. I’m giving it 2 stars because at least the staff was nice. This is the 2nd time we’ve tried Hibachi Express, there won’t be another waste of money there
I am very happy that Hibachi Express was kind enough to not charge me twice for a mistake I made with my online order. I did not get a confirmation so I ordered again to pay in person but they made both orders and were very nice to me about it. The food is very good for the price and I appreciate so much vegetarian items to choose from. It's quick, easy and the food I order is healthy. Thank you.
I really like their food.Make it so I can I order half noodles half fried rice without having to pick it up.When I order from the delivery places I do not have that option and that disturbs me every time.
ive gone here several times a month for the past year and they’ve never got my order wrong. always tastes so good !!!
I think it’s crazy how it cost .35 to .70 cents for sauce but it’s not even filled up on the way. Went back in to ask for an extra one and they said they are all filled up that way… if you are going to have us pay for sauce then it should be filled up all the way. Four sauce cups is equalled to one :| full sauce cup. I was hoping this could be another sushi place I could eat it but not after this. Fancy sushi is better priced and the sauce cups are filled up all the way. I don’t mind paying extra for sauces but At the way it looks like it should be free. It looks like someone’s used sauce since there is nothing even in it.
I love this place. I get food here almost every other week. Teriyaki chicken is so good. The girl who works here ALL the time is very thoughtful towards her customers.
Service (other then the kids taking orders) was horrible, management customer service the worst. Ordered steak and chicken , they brought steak and shrimp. Once corrected, I as the steak cooked medium, was rare and chewy. Told management. They wanted to put the steak I chewed up and others back on the grill, gross. I told them no ,make it new. Got the new one rare again, took one bite of one and they took it and the rest and put it back on the grill. So now my spit and DNA is all Over that grill. They so gross. Never eat here.
