Friendly fast service from Maria our waitress. From the garlic knots at the start pizza ., pasta and eggplant parm everything was flavourful and serverd Hot. Cant wait until we return.

Good food, the owner is so nice, and although it took our server a moment to get to us, our food came out in a timely manner. I have to eat Gluten Free and my entire meal was safe and delicious!!

The Italian submarine served hot was very fresh and crispy. The caprese salad and garlic knots were great. Moved from NYC 15 years ago and have never beem able to find authentic Brooklyn pizza till now! it was delish...perfect thin crust with the perfect crisp topped with homemade sause and the right amount mozarella!!!
We went there for the first time today. The food was very good, the sauce is excellent, and the GF menu is diverse. I have no complaints with the food. However, I am apalled with the customer service. I ordered a Margherita pizza and added pepperoni. When my pizza arrived, I noticed it had sausage and not pepperoni. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she said she would go get some pepperoni and left before I had a chance to respond. A few minutes later she came back with some microwaved slices of pepperoni and told me to put them on my pizza. I was absolutely speechless. No offer to make a new pizza (where the pepperoni would be cooked in with the pizza) or a discount? Just "Here's a few pieces of pepperoni. Go ahead and throw that on your pizza and eat up." I am still speechless as I write this. Who does this? Has this ever happened to anyone else?
We love coming here and their food is fantastic! The owner is very welcoming and if he’s not busy, seats you quickly if he’s behind the counter their hostess is very efficient. So nice having a local eatery in our neighborhood that has great food, super service and nice ambiance !
Gluten free menu is insanely delicious and I’ve never gotten sick from it. I have celiac disease and I feel like I can actually enjoy an Italian meal without worry! I got the breadsticks and chicken Parmesan. I am Italian and they did an amazing job with how authentic it is! Very impressed! Our family will be regular customers!
This is by a mile the absolute best authentic Italian restaurant in Clermont, FL! Whether it's takeout or a sit down meal, the meals are always delicious, robust, and as fresh as it gets. The chicken parm and chicken melanzana are fantastic! And what about the garlic knots? Yummy! Overall, I give Goombas a 4.75. The only observation I make is that I'd love to see the kitchen staff wear their masks properly and correctly or not wear a mask at all. It's disappointing to me too often see, under present circumstances, especially kitchen staffs, practice masking with such lackadaisical attitudes. I love you, Goombas, I really do. I know the skillful and gracious GM from the original Goombas on SR-50 of years ago. He's a fantastic gentleman. But I for one expect better masking practices from an excellent local restaurant. You owe it to your customers -- and to your employees.
