This place. Smh. I have tried to give to give it many chances and they continue to disappoint. This is the Mahi slider. The fish was the size of my finger ? and it wasn't even good.
I placed an order for pick up. My husband went to pick it up, waited an hour for the food. When we finally got the food. The wings were burnt, completely wrong sauce and the smallest wings you could possibly ever have. When he asked for a refund, the manager if you can even call her that, didn’t know how to even use the POS system to initiate a refund. Completely waste of time. Definitely won’t be going back, surprised they haven’t been closed my corporate.
They did have a sign on the door that they were understaffed the night we went. We had time so we didn't mind. We didn't wait too long for a table and the hostess was very nice. Our waitress was very pleasant and prompt. The food was good as well! Overall a very good experience and we'll go back again. Having pleasant staff makes a difference and the sign on the door let's you know it is not their fault if things might take a bit longer.
Fun to hang out for a while and play some pool. Waitress was very sweet and accommodating. Serving sizes are odd but the food and environment are great and relaxed.

Gators is a go to place for great wings, fries, salads, and cocktails. Was there last night and they were slammed. This restaurant is like all the others short staffed. When we got there they were on a wait due to many big parties needing to be sat. I watched the manager, Eddie, work with the hostess to confirm wait time, buss tables, set up tables, help seat guest, run food, and work with bar staff. All this with a smile on his face and the respect of his team.

I came with a party of 12 and sat at our table at 830pm. I ordered the appetizer combo platter. After waiting 30 minutes they finally brought our drinks. At 935 I was informed by the manager that they did not have the appetizer that I requested in stock. I then paid for my drink and left without receiving any food. Multiple members of my party received Cold food or were given the wrong order. I left hungry and extremely disappointed. I would understand if the restaurant was short staffed however they were not busy, it was quite empty. The staff was unapologetic and seemed as if this was a positive experience.
I work in the restaurant industry and my friends and i goe there every monday nights and Tuesday nights for a drink and playing some pool. Love the bartenders there. Recently started ordering some apps and was really happy with the food quality and the staff is always friendly
Sun Jan 13, 2022. 10:40pm. We arrived, were greeted by the hostess, asked us if we wanted to sit a the bar. After telling her we'd prefer a table, she went to the kitchen and came out saying it was closed. That they weren't serving anymore food. The hours says til 12. What's going on? Such a disappointment, not coming back.
