The bun was cold the grilled onions were barely warm . And the burger was put on the bread uneven.. so 1 side had mostly bread ! The burger meat was smaller than I remembered.. won't go again for a while ! And it's EXPENSIVE..
You know how to get a guy to give a five-star rating when you not only fill the promised cup of fries, but overflow it into the bag. Great burgers and great fries. Best you can find at a fast food joint.
They were fairly busy, but I didn't have to wait long for my order. It wasn't quite as good as I remember, but it was still pretty good. Love the fact that the fries are fresh and made in house vs frozen.
Love this place! I am allergic to soy, and they fry their fries in Peanut oil! Made me so happy! Very fast service as well!
I've been to 5 Guys several times & the burgers are always good. Yes, they cost more, but they're better than any fast food burger & u can get any extra toppings u want for no addt'l charge. Although my burger wasn't made as ordered, a nice lady (didn't get her name or position, but I assume she was a manager), ensured it was remade (& told me to keep the wrong one) & even gave me a fresh order of fries to go with my remade burger. She was very apologetic & friendly about it - she didn't have the attitude u get nowadays when u have a wrong order. THAT is customer service & why I'll return to this location.

Good burgers, very good in fact, but somewhat overpriced. Not worth the 20 minute (ordered at 3:37, got it at 3:57) Fries might have been good too if they were fresh from the fryer. Management - good employee s, but need better planning!!!
The food is top notch. Burger, fries, awesome. It's the price that kills it. As good as the food is, I can't justify spending almost $70 to feed a family of 4 at a fast food place.
The staff just took care of an entire girls softball team and the other random customers including us . They are to be commended. Food was great as always.
Good place clean polite some what fast they were definitely taking their time but it was not busy so sure put the extra care into the food and customer service side plus no one looked stressed or unhappy which was very refreshing
