Our server (tall blond— pink bow) didn’t remember name, took the best care of our group. We had 2 service dogs and she was able to accommodate a table inside for us. She really made our day❤️?? ?
This place is usually very consistent and tasty. Hence the 4 stars. Today's meal deserved 3 stars, but I couldn't do that to a place that usually does a great job.My order was late and burnt. It was still tasty but the bitterness from the char was very off putting.
I have had a lot of mixed experiences at this location. On my recent visit, My wife andlme were served by Miguel. He was extremely attentive and got everything on our order just the way we wanted(some quirks about how to have our eggs/sides etc). Food was good and perfect and Miguel's service will make us come back again.

First the food here is delicious and always fresh! I have been fighting cancer for a little while now and I have to watch what I eat. They have delicious healthy dishes here! The main reason for this review is today my server Rachel noticed the bandage on my arm and talked to me for a minute about it and when she found out it is from my ongoing cancer testing she gave me some very much needed encouragement then came back with my bill paid for! I cant recommend this place enough definitely the best restaurant in clermont. The wait staff here is truly amazing! Rachel you are an angel thank you so much!
A beautiful charming hostess seated me. A beautiful charming waitress brought me a fantastic omelette. The fried potatoes had onions mixed in. The orange juice was delicious. The toast, you get one piece, but it's wonderful, like an inch thick, really good bread, probably two tbsp butter on it, and you know how jelly in restaurants is usually in those little tub packets, you peel the top off, no. They serve jelly in a nice little stainless steel cup.TLDR, best breakfast ever, even when they are very busy10/10 would recommend
We arrived at First Watch at 11:00 and at 12:00pm we had not been served. The server had no excuse but the kitchen was backed up. People around us were being served. We complained to manager and left. He did offer a gift card, and apologized. Her service was horrible(waitress).
We Army Veterans wanted to give them another opportunity but they greatly disappointed us yet again. Was waiting for approximately 12 minutes before someone even greeted us. Had to wait another 37 minutes to get a table and then our food was served exactly 49 minutes after ordering. Food was cold and the potatoes were burnt. My omelette came without the Pico de Gallo and the Sour Cream it was supposed to have. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get less than a spoon of sour cream and 4 pieces of tomatoes. Server never asked how was the food, if we needed something. Overall staff was very irresponsible. Greatly disappointed and saddened for today’s breakfast. Wish they would’ve treated us better, that the food would’ve been better, and in a more timely manner.
I've always loved First Watch and have given it a lot of chances before and during the pandemic but it's so frustrating to always leave disappointed, now.As someone who is in the service industry, the service is just god awful. Kind people sure, but just awful. Our table and most around us, waited forever before even a greeting, while servers passed but wouldn't make eye contact. What has happened to hello, someone will be right with you; people next to me had to have waited at least 10 min. We ordered something and never saw anyone again. I went back to the kitchen to put in a beverage. Food was fine but would be better off taking it to go in the future (but pancakes to go, yuck). Absolutely no hustle, a table next to us was dirty the entire brunch, and never saw a manager. It seemed there wasn't one working.I understand understaffing, not able to keep up, and that valentine's is one of the busiest days of the year but that's why there was a 30 minute wait to get in. To secure a table with service. If you can't keep up with cleaning anything front of house, I'm terrified to think what's happening in the back of house.
Good healthy breakfast. Quick services is always nice thing to have. Servers was sweet and attentive.
