Line was very long, not enough employees working. Coffee was great after the wait.
Although I love dunkin , this particular store , had all new staff as my parents and I were told. So they needed much more training
Where do I begin? If I could give it a NEGATIVE (-) 5 star rating, I would. This is by far the WORST customer service I have encountered in a long time. I understand the difficulty finding staff, but that is no excuse for the unprofessionalism and poor treatment to customers. I cannot understand how this location can be in business, as long as they have, and not have a local number and/or working phone at that location. How is this acceptable for a business to operate, let alone the safety and security of their own employees? After talking with Dunkin's Corporate HQ, I understand that this location is a locally owned franchise and the Corporate office has no control over this location. This store also needs remedial training in health safety, as I personally witnessed the following on March 11, 2022, an employee do the following with "sanitary gloves" on:1. Touch the register2. Touch the counter3. Box up a dozen glazed donuts (handed to a family waiting in their van in the drive thru)4. Touch face/nose5. Touch hair6. Touch the register7. Touch the counter8. Return to the kitchen area...all with the same pair of "sanitary gloves" on. Needless to say, they no longer allow customers to access their lobby anymore as this location only has drive-thru service.Yes, I have made numerous calls to their 800 number, have an active case open for investigation, and have been waiting weeks for a return call, even though the local franchise is reporting to HQ that they have attempted to call and email me (fake news). At this point, it's all about the principle of the matter. This location is definitely giving the Dunkin' brand a BAD name/reputation!
Terrible management. Hours are all over the place, closing at random times.... Service has been bad in the past, and I just sat in tje drive-thru for 20 mins only to be told at the speaker (broken display with no visible menu was causing delay) that they turned the ovens off and can't make any food. Things happen, I get it... but communicate that to your customers before they sit in line for nearly a half hour for nothing.
The electronic menu in the drive-thru has been broken for over a year, so unless you know everything on their menu by heart, you're out of luck. This is especially difficult because they don't open their dining room, so the drive-thru is your only option. They charge extra for whipped cream, but NEVER add it to the drinks. They constantly turn mobile ordering off, which makes waiting in the line so much longer. And they close at 2...for such a new franchise location, I'm surprised it's this terrible.
Very professional, good experience DoorDashing here, I talked to the franchise owner about her mineola location and how toxic the staff was months ago, I'm sure she cleaned that mess up up there. Cheers.Edit: Everytime I accept a high paying DoorDash order with this Dunkin they immediately cancel the order for whatever reason on their merchant app, Honesty I'll be happy to walk in and give my driver name so you can put me on block especially since the other Dunkin locations are awful with pick up.If I'm blocked from one Dunkin then I am blocked from all the other ones, this will help me keep my acceptance rate high. I did this with Chic fil A and McDonald's.
Me and my husband ordered cold coffees just now at this Dunkin. We order 2 cold coffee’s, one Vanilla and one Carmel. Mine was correct and his wasn’t, plain no Carmel. We drove back to get it corrected. That was disappointing but he really wanted the Carmel. We parked the car and went in to get it corrected. The part that really upsets us is the clerk made him feel like it was his fault. Like we should just deal with the mistake, the clerk said “because everyone makes mistakes”. That’s true but I don’t think your customers should should hear that! We would have rather heard thank you for coming back and letting us fix your coffee. It all comes down to there is no more customer service period! Just pay for what you want and shut up and deal with it. I don’t think the owner would want his/her customers talked yo like that.
Went in just before 6 pm sign on door said they closed at 9 pm they only had 3 donuts for sale not sure why they would stay open another 3 hours very disappointed.
I have now tried shopping here twice. I wanted to buy plain bagels both times and both times before 11 AM they have been sold out. i give up on this location
Low quality breakfast sandwiches just got worse with the fact they discontinued the ham so no more ham, egg, and cheese bagels. I am actually happy because I have discovered just how much better Bagel Bros. Is in comparison. I am glad for the wake up though. Bye bye Dunkin
