This Dunkin’ Donuts is by far the worst in Clermont. Every time I come here my coffee is either completely wrong, my food is cold, or they gave me the wrong food. The workers are all not very friendly. They give you an attitude when you tell them you have the complete wrong order. Last week they forgot to give me my food completely and I didn’t realize until I was halfway to work. On top of that I tried to call and nobody answered the phone for 35 minutes. I will be sticking to Starbucks only.
Worst. Only one customer at the window and she told me to wait to place my order…. I thought she forgot about me. I said hello and she told me that I had to wait with a bit of an attitude. Obviously I was interrupting her chat with her friend at the window. I said I’ll go somewhere else. She sounded relieved as her voice became cheery when saying okay. I feel bad for the owner of this place as he/she is losing business today! 4/23/22 at 2:17p.
Minneola, Fl Dunkin expresso machine is always broken. Easily the worst dunkin in lake county. There's a new staff in there every 10 minutes it seems. I'd rather not have my morning coffee if it came down to only being able to purchase here and they are literally in my neighborhood.
Sabby is there absolutely best employee and deserves recognition! I went through the drive thru this morning and she was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure I liked my drink and told me how to order next time. I tried calling the office to speak with the manager to let them know but no one answered. I’d love to make sure she is seen for her good work!
Best Dunkin ever. Line was so long and my heart sank as I was running late for an appointment....however this DD was so quick and efficient that I was in and out in under 4 min. Despite how busy they were. I wish all DD's were this amazing.
Good location with parking. They have good employees mostly youngsters. Most of the time in most dunkins they run out of donuts covered with chocolate & sprinkles. I just can't figure why they would bag donuts one above the other in a bag. Need to go early for cinnamon raisin bagels.
Very few menu items available. I received a cold sandwich. I went inside, apologized for the inconvenience, and politely asked them to remake it. They stood silently so I assumed they were confused or doubtful so I showed them the unmelted cheese. One worker finally turns around while the other stood there and stared at me while I waited. She came back with a black, charred egg and cheese sandwich and left it on the table without saying a word. I opened it in front of them and I stared at them in disbelief for a second, but decided it wasn’t worth pursuing the issue because, honestly, I was starting to feel a bit weirded out so I left. It was so awkward because it seemed like we were the only 3 people in the building, so the whole interaction was quite tense for no reason. I regret not taking photos of the sandwiches to attach it to this review but I can honestly say that was the weirdest service I’ve ever had.
Ordered ahead and wasn't ready when I got there. Employees waited on and filled orders for several people while I was waiting. Finally someone asked which order I was waiting on and hastily put it together. Disappointed that she threw the Boston Creme donuts in a bag rather than boxing them as they should. The result was the icing being smeared all over the inside of the bag and making a real mess. Had she bothered to pick them up and carefully package with wax paper they might have been fine. Not happy.
Same thing EVERY TIME I go to this dunkin donuts. Every time I order a iced green tea matcha is just pure ice and milk. The whole cup is ice and barely looks green. Is like ordering milk with ice. Only this dunkin has that problem
Walked in about 9 am this morning. No one in line. After 5 minutes of watching workers walk past me, talking, gossiping, making sure there were gift cards out to sell, I asked if anyone was working the register. No answer. A couple of minutes later someone came over. I left. Won't be back.
