My husband and I have stopped by on several occasions to find that they had only a few donut choices. The person working the drive-thru had no clue what donuts were available and always has to leave the window to see what is available. When they return a suggestion for what is left is offered. Not worth the stop any more and have found the Dunkin on hwy. 27 has more of a variety and the donuts are fresher.
This one is fairly ok for a Dunkin. Which is not a high standard..... I was pleased this morning when they dumped my bacon upside down into the bag that was very nice........I just wish they (ALL) wouldn't use factory eggs for breakfast..........Look at them, no natural egg looks like that. And don't be cheap with the bacon, especially when I order extra bacon.The problem is they can't get employees that care, they always screw things up, unless you double check at the window, you're liable have problems.I might assume that they're being severely underpaid except for the fact that I've run into problems with no work ethic in a lot of young employees everywhere.
This Dunkin never has any of their supplies. Also the manager is now charging a dollar for almond milk when every other Dunkin is charging $.50. They also never listen when you say light ice
It was a nice place, they were quick and friendly and they made our coffees amazingly and my son enjoyed his muffin.
Wonderful employees!! We are here almost every morning. Your poor staff work so hard and are so fantastic. I hope they are making a liveable wage being so short staffed like that.
Ordered 2 English muffins (bacon egg cheese) and one orange juice. Drove out and was about to turn around because I thought they forgot the bacon. My son said "wait it's in there". In the center of the sandwich was one tiny thin piece. Might as well have ordered an egg and cheese. I don't usually complain and I am trying to slim down but this was ridiculous. Better off at the new store in Winter Garden.
ordered the bacon egg cheese croissant and the sandwich at two pieces of bacon the size of a dime I paid full price for a sandwich and get cheated out of my bacon
Always pleasent in this store, Went today instead of Mickey D's wanting to get away from the stress of waiting for someone to take an order. Dunkin always seems to be running well even while busy. But I'm constantly wondering what happened to the toasted coconut donut. That was the best. I'm guessing franchisee owners pick and choose what products they order and maybe they steer away from those on the expensive list. Don't know for sure but am always looking.
One of the worse experience I have lately the service is terrible, I only order a regular medium coffee no sugar no cream and it took forever to get to the window the only have one person working the window and was another one inside in the the parking lot all around it was extremely dirty and the lady at the window when I said what took so long? She reply, the monitor just left and we are two people working right now I could not believe she threw her manager under the bus all I can say that that place is going down because bad bad service
