Sent someone to get an 2 Turkey sausage egg and cheese ON AN ENGLISH MUFFIN, one no egg, and I heard them repeat the order twice, and the cashier repeated it back to them, I was on the phone and yet for some reason I got both sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. I don’t like sesame bagel! Terrible place to go for Dunkin- I stopped going because Dunkin in general always gets my order wrong and changes items without asking
Worst customer service I've had in a while. My husband was ordering and the lady at the window literally cut him off mid way through order and didn't let him finish ordering our drinks.Our sandwiches were cold. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with eggs instead of bread and they just threw everything in a box instead of making it a sandwich like other Dunkin Donuts have done in the past.I will not be coming back here.
Excellent coffee experience
Went to this location. Used the drive through. Ordered a bagel and coffee. Got to the window and asked to purchase an extra bagel. The manager who was at the cash register told me that I would have to drive all the way around the building and order again in order to receive a second bagel. So I am almost doubling my order! This is poor management.
Worst Dunkin in lake and Orange counties. The manager no longer cares about your experience. They have corrupted mobile experience and should be allowed to participate. And they coffee tastes bad and the food is dried out. I’ve given this shop so many tries.No more.
Wait wait Wait and continue waiting in the morning ? Drive thru is a little better! Indoor is like a disco loud music floor with no people.
The worst experience ever. I went through the drive thru and I waited for about five minutes. I walked in the store and no customer were there. I was told to wait. There were three employees. I want it two dozen original and I was told that they didn't have any. Horrible customer service.
Very disappointed here.Had no donuts to really choose from. the ones I bought were thrown in the trash, hard and had hair on one. Tried to order a coffee with Splenda but had no Splenda. tried to order inside but was told had to use drive through or order online. the only thing that was nice was the people had good attitudes
You had to wait a least 5 mins before anyone acknowledges you in drive thru. No hi, I'll be with you in a min. When we had an issue The manager (Jose or Juan) was unprofessional. They over charged us and he proceeds to tell us what we order. He refunded is the money but gave it all back to us in nickels. Then coffee was given to us incorrectly at drive thru. I told the person in drive thru that this was incorrect. She took it and never said a word back. Then supposedly gave us the correct one. When tasted it, it was nasty. I went into the store and told the manager. He told me he could not remake it because he remade it twice already. I told him no you didn't. I was given the wrong coffee. He said it was the correct coffee I said no because the label was incorrect. He it was the correct coffee. I told him that is he very unprofessional and this is not how you handle customers complaint. He refuse to fix the mistakes his staff made. I highly do not recommend going to this store.
Placed an online order went through fine, go drive to pick it up drive thru was blocked off by a cone. Pulled a round to walk I side doors were locked, tried calling and phone was off the hook. Open sign was on but the lights were off. Very disappointing, if you're going to close make sure you turn off online orders.
