I don’t usually make reviews period, so the fact that I’m making one now really speaks for itself.This Domino’s location is honestly my go-to, and surprisingly not because they’re the only ones that deliver to my house. They are damn good at what they do and I have not once had an issue. I used to live in Indiana, and every Domino’s I ever went to there was awful. It’s a breath of fresh air to see one that not only knows their way around a pizza, but is managed extremely well and prompt with orders.These guys are amazing at what they do. If you’re close by and want some pizza but don’t want to break the bank? They have a metric ton of deals in their app all the time. You’ve got options and I’ve had orders where a single coupon for a carryout order saved me over twenty dollars. They have not done me wrong yet, and if they did? I have a feeling they’d make it right.
What can I say! They went an extra mile today for the kids. I placed an order for the end of the school year class party and they received this note. ***The teacher was very thankful for the beautiful gesture.
Absolute garbage establishment. Employees all sitting around and they messed most of our food up. I just spent over $50 on three pizzas, 2 desserts, and a stuffed bread. One pizza was missing cheese, one was burnt, the cheese bread was lopsided and missing toppings in half of it, and they forgot to include the 6 sauces that I paid an extra $3 for. How about instead of getting large orders done in 8 minutes you spend a little time and work on quality control?!? Pizza hut shows you your pizzas when you pick them up to make sure they're right because they care about the products they're putting out.
We absolutely love Domino's pizza especially the thin crust. We order like 4 to 5 times a month. We love this Clermont location very convenient.
Ordered a deluxe with banana peppers and no mushrooms. Pizza was missing Italian sausage and was cold and hard. Tried calling the restaurant and never got anyone to pick up the phone. First and last time I order from this place. Sad to say the $5 pizza from LC was much better than this.
they prepared my order super fast. it was delivered in the time they said it would be and i love that the delivery person, Terri, placed my order exactly where i asked and made sure it was the right place. when i order contactless most time they just set it and leave but Terri waited to make sure i came out to get it. thats great thanks a lot.
Pan pizza was under cooked with barely any sauce, chicken was burned and hidden with a ton of BBQ sauce. Our second pizza barely had any mushrooms in it. This location is for sure one of the worst, they just don't care about their own quality of work.
For the second time in three orders, they burned my pizza. And the manager said there’s nothing they can do about it, that the “dough was just bad tonight “. That’s ridiculous. I used to work for Domino’s years ago. They burn like this because nobody’s watching them. Strongly recommend going somewhere else for pizza. Look at this picture – does this look good to you? Ridiculous.
Everytime I order my wings at this store I ask them to put them through the oven 3 times so they are well done and 8 out of ten times in the last month they have got my order wrong at no fault of my own either the cook did not see how many times they were supposed to put it through the oven or they have put the wrong sauce on it but each time is no fault of my own. So today I place a order for a medium pepperoni pizza, hot wings cooked well done put through the cooker three times and boneless hot wings. I received my order look through everything the hot wings was definitely not put through the cooker three times and they were very salty like they put salt on them the boneless wings came without the hot buffalo sauce. When I called to complain they kept me on hold for 10 minutes before me hanging up and calling back and me telling the manager Chris my complaints he told me I always have a complaint about my wings and I then asked for the general manager's name and phone number and was told I'm not getting no free food and for me to look up the number on Google and he hung up the phone. What I guess he don't understand Domino's is definitely not doing me the favor I'm doing them the favor by choosing to spend my hard earned money with them. Chris was very rude and unprofessional I have spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past and to be treated so rudely, and disrespectfully is not acceptable. How can a customer be demonized for complaining about something that was not right after I expressed how I wanted my food done and always end off with please make sure they put it through the cooker three times. Unbelievable I do not recommend this Domino's. And I would still like to speak with the general manager or the owner.
I absolutely love this Domino's!! My husband is a trucker for Domino's so we naturally support Domino's!! We moved into our new home Clermont in October 2020 and this Domino's is only a few minutes away. Service is always great, food is great, employees are always nice, curbside pick up is AMAZING!!!! I really give props to the new manager they have there. You guys are ALL amazing, keep up the awesome work!!
