Update - Now that they've been open for a little bit it seems things are slacking a little. We usually do pretty good at this location but on this occasion I was a bit disappointed. I ordered in the app and went in to pick up our food. It was ready when I arrived so I was in and out quickly. They were friendly and verified by name when they got the order. I took the bag and we headed home. When I unpacked the bag I discovered that the lids on both bowls were both crushed. One of the bowls was exactly as it was supposed to have been while the second one was supposed to have extra lettuce and they actually put less in the normal. Plus all the lettuce was off to one side. Normally when I order mine it comes out very spicy the way I like it but this time it didn't have the heat and was spotty and how it was spread in the bowl. Some bites had decent heat and others had almost none. Everything tasted right which was very important but I just have come to expect a bit more from this location.We do usually enjoy Chipotle so I anticipate that we will continue to dine with them for some time.Recently opened and finally slowing down to a reasonable wait time. I went in for lunch in the midafternoon and they were steady but not crazy busy. I only ordered a bowl and they did a fine job making it just the way I wanted it. They were very friendly and professional. The employees were wearing gloves and masks. Since this is now the closet to our home I hope to be here often and I will keep it posted for how things are going.
food is mid, queso is better at moes, they dont even take card and they dont got change so i had to fork another dollar over a penny. saw employees where talking about me. terrible experience, mediocre food.
The amounts of each item in bowl were kind of cheap. The rice was a small amount. The guac amount was little. The lobby tables were very dirty.
I've eaten here a few times since it opened. The quality of food and service has gone up since then. It is usually good but about 2 times I've been in the past the rice and meat seemed old and not that good. If you go when things are cooked fresh it's pretty good. I wish it wasn't so expensive though. I spent $31 for me and my wife on just 2 bowls, no extras, no chips, only 2 soda cups. I used to be able to go and spend about $22 for the same. But everything has gone up so it is what it is.
I ordered a rice bowl and the meat that was on it was cold. Everything that was supposed to be warm was cold. Tables weren't clean that good and neither were benches. Otherwise everything was okay
Online order, app says pick up at 7:20, wasn't ready until 7:52. Food was good but light on the main stuff and heavy on rice. Staff just focused on getting orders out as it was very busy so no friendliness.
Being a huge fan of Chipotle, i was extremely disappointed with actions of either an employee or management here. The crew was nice and friendly but the chips were extremely salty and old. Whoever put these chips together mix ed newer with older chips so you could try a few of them and they were okay but as you keep eating they were more rubbery. I've been going to Chipotle for years and this is the first time I have had any kind of complaint. I went back to get another bag and the kid at the register kept looking in different bags like if he could tell which ones were good and which ones were stale. Tried a couple and they were not fresh but they were ok but once again while eating them i found some more stale chips. How could you guys deceive your customers that way. Not cool. Shame on you!
I came here to pick up dinner for Super Bowl Sunday and I ordered through the app. My food was ready at the exact time the app stated it would be. Indoors is a bit small, but now a days most people order to pickup inside or via the drive-thru. The food tasted great. Next time I’m in the four corners area and I am in the mood for Chipotle I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you.
This restaurant was delicious and abundant in its food and portions. The store was clean with the exception of table tops in the lobby. Most of the people came to the store for takeout. The staff are very friendly and the location was excellent. Prices are also very good.
That's it. I give a low star cause they keep giving the rice bowl with to much hot sauce. U can't even taste the food anymore. It suppose to be a choice. This is for every restaurant. All the meats are spicy. Plus the caribe hot peppers sauce.
