Not even 1 star deserved, I really hate to complain, but it has been more than on several occasions that Chipotle Clermont continues to under perform. Here’s a few examples of low level service at this establishment. The take out service is always behind on multiple times. I have waited for food that was supposed to be ready on time and waited anywhere from 15-20mins longer than expected on the website. I’ve ordered online and when I went to pickup at night, to only find out that they are missing half the ingredients and have to sub out things like steak for chicken and etc., not only that they have forgot my guacamole with chips a couple of times. Which I had to find out by the time I go home. Here’s a tip, quality check your take-out every time. This place is bound to get it wrong, Here the staff is constantly out of ice and also on 3/21 they are out of black beans. due to their inadequate supply chain planning, And not only that, the place is disgusting and I constantly have to clean my own table. See the pictures. It takes a few minutes to wipe tables with a rag. I have reached out to inform them that they have missed product on orders and no response on my case or from management. My expectations over the course of time have greatly diminished and I'm just going to find somewhere else to go in the future. No leadership here and lack of management causes this place to appear in distress. I don’t why as a consumer I have to lower my standard of expectation when visiting this establishment.

Online orders are almost always wrong. Wait times for online orders are always much longer than promised. Food is inconsistent in taste. It seems to be only this location. They can’t seem to get it together and are not interested in correcting mistakes

Crummy portions and poorly made. I love Chipotle, but I've found in general they skimp out if you aren't there in person. This was one of the worst instances of it though with horribly small portions of everything. Like 5 pieces of lettuce. What a massive disappointment. Are they really trying do hard to nickel and dime their customers that they pull stunts like this?

It was our first visit to this location, and the food was very good. We arrived just before two baseball teams and calmly enjoyed our meal as the line of people reached outside the door. It was a good meal.

Normally pretty good, but the past couple of times, they've really messed up. They got 5/6 of my family's order correct. Very small amounts of ingredients and mixed up ingredients between 4/6 of them. Tables are also frequently dirty and the lines are almost always long, among other things. Most of the current staff barely seems to care. I can certainly understand workplace boredom, but you at least have to try. Went back to get the orders fixed and they still were rather skimpy and not exactly kind of understanding. Needs new or more enforced management.

**AVOID AT ALL COST**You can expect to wait about an hour in line and if you order ahead expect to have to demand the manager just to be able to get your food 55 minutes after the scheduled time.This has been happening for months now. The issue lies in the fact that they get a lot of foot traffic and they dont have the staff to work on both so it leads to endless wait times. If you know you cant handle both, shutdown the online ordering until you can. All they are doing to angering everyone.Their upper management is also questionable as they dont give any way of talking with even the GM except through the corporate chat room.

The pickup times in the app are off. The last few times I have had to wait 20-30 minutes after the time in the app.

7 team members. Two sitting in the back talking or on break. One handling food and register two doing Mobile orders. And two cooking... Been waiting 15 minutes and only 3 people served from the walk in line.Do better. And don't waste customer's time when you charge a premium for your product.Props to the one girl doing all the work.Took 33 minutes to get from the door to the register... Didn't even ring in the order right.

Awesome good food and appears to be 100 times better and healthier than any fat fast food joint. Slightly on the expensive for fast food by still very manageable considering the amount they serve. Have you tried their burritos, looks like they are going to bust open.

Average visit for me in this location is a dirty food line, dirty floors, tables, bathrooms. As if managment doesnt care what the place looks like. Food is sub par of other locations.
