Ordered via Uber Eats for collection. Once home and unpacked we noticed fries were missing for one meal, special requests had been ignored for another meal and boneless wings had bone/gristle in.Receipt was supplied with the order clearly showing special requests for one meal and fries with another. This receipt had been highlighted as "assembled" for every single item by a staff member named "J".I'd suggest remedial training or better attention to detail to prevent unhappy customers.Seriously unimpressed, will not return again and I'd recommend others steer clear also.

Last time I had a Chili’s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible.This time around, the waitress at the bar, saved the night.Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be?Well, someone forgot to tell the kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers.After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was a decomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on.I was going to take a picture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless.Glad the waitress took the platter because the replacement burger was good! Actually, very good.Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it’s a on going issue.On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out the door.And from what I see, they must make a great Long Island Ice Tea because the guy next to me had at least four!
It literally looks like someone bit one of the Pattie’s in half. On top of that they came with no cheese or anything on them at all and my half rack of ribs were only 3 ribs. Nothing tasted good I am very upset I could literally cry. I felt so bad when I opened this DoorDash order all my daughter wanted was a cheese burger and ended up spending $40 on disgusting food.
This Chili''s has always been short on customers. But, Sunday we stopped and was quite busy. Noticed dining was only on the bar side. Short staff. The bartender was amazingly quick to serve everyone at the bar and many tables around the bar. And all were ordering food and drinks. Hope to see restaurants getting busier and great to see efficient staff. Still missing the younger people working though. Hope they start stepping up.

I HOPE I caught the restaurant on a bad night...waiting 50 extra minutes for my curbside delivery. When I asked for help and or an update servers were rude and demanded that I just wait my turn. Once my food was ready it sat visible on the counter before I asked to have it. When I finally sat down to eat it... it felt like I was eating hour old and cold food... My advice... Go inside or choose a different place for curbside.
