My friend & I went to Chilis last week for dinner. My friend ordered the burger on their 3 for Me menu ($10.99). The burger came out very under cooked so my friend sent it back & told the waitress that she just wanted it plain with a piece of cheese. Thirty minutes later the waitress returned with the burger & it had a piece of cheese and mustard. She told the waitress “never mind” with the burger. The manager (Link) came to our table to ask why we didn’t want this perfectly good burger & I explained that it was suppose to be plain with only cheese & he explained that we were wasting product. We went onto the kiosk to pay & they charged $3 for the tea & $6 for the appetizer Cesar salad that was originally part of the 3 for Me….only reduced the price by $2 even though my friend never got the burger. We paid then the manager returned. He proceeded to tell my friend how to order hamburgers at their establishment. He explained that if she only wanted cheese then she would need to say plain & dry. My friend told him that she was 56 years old & felt capable of ordering a burger. He said “Good…please don’t come back.” We got up from the table & asked the hostess what the managers name was & as she was telling us he came running over saying “here’s my business card if you want to know who I am” at the top of his lungs. We proceeded to go out the door to avoid any further embarrassment or confrontation but he continued to follow us & shoving his business card in my friends face & when she walked away, he was tapping me on the shoulder & yelling for me to take it. Once we were outside he pulled the doors closed & told us never to come back. Meanwhile there was a guest trying to enter so he reopened the door & apologized to them. My friend called the next day & spoke with Sara Lynn who was going to tell her boss, Rafael. Needless to say we never heard a word from anyone. This manager was rude, embarrassing & extremely immature especially since the initial fault was on his kitchen for serving a raw burger. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant unless you want to be belittled by their management
I’ve been here many times. This was the worst experience. The guy didn’t use gloves when preparing food. I asked a girl there whether that was standard practice and she said “well we wash our hands”. Then he proceeded to touch everything else and did not wash his hands. Standard practice isn’t asking for too much.Spoke with the manager, Link to try to resolve. Told me what I saw was a lie then hung up the phone. He was very useless and rude. I’ll be calling back.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Eight months ago we said we would never go back. Unfortunately we did not listen to ourselves. We tried again today and it was still horrible. 30 minutes late for a to go order. Food just thrown into the holders so the lids won't close. And the food was so bad it couldn't be eaten. I hope the franchise owner reads this because the entire take out section needs to be shut down and revamped. Staff need additional training. I can't believe out of all the Chili's there are we get the worst .
We recently made an Uber eats order.We received 2 sliders instead of 3.Mango Habanero sauce was only poured on 2 pieces of chicken strips.There was no sauce for the cheese curds.Queso was bad.We order from you regularly, so we were a bit disappointed.Salsa and chips were legit!
We had a great time here! There were about 20 of us eating all together which is a large group. Our food was still made fast and tasted delicious. Our server was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!!
The service was flawless, the staff is very welcoming, & friendly. The food was made with fresh ingredients that resulted in atop-tier, high quality, unrivaled dining experience. The molten lava cake was outta-this-world-next-level.
Everything was a problem. There’s seems to be a lack of costumer service and professionalism. Placed an order at 5pm which should’ve been completed by 5:27pm but I had to wait over 30 minutes in order to get my order. Manager Sarah assured that she will make it right and promised a refund for the order but with the disorganization and mess, I doubt that I will see a refund. She couldn’t even provide me a receipt confirming the refund and explain that she will need to contact accounting. Very disappointed with the overall experience and I haven’t even mentioned how horrible the meal was.

She visited the table sat 20 minutes after us 4 times within 5 minutes of being sat. All while passing our table and not checking on a single thing.One of the people (I'm assuming a cook) that was helping serve food was rude with our table.I waited for my server to ask for boxes at least, but ended up having to grab my own boxes that I was lucky enough to find.The manager on duty actually watched me grab the to-go boxes and didn't ask if everything was okay or check on anything. She also watched us gather ourselves and leave and didn't say a word unlike every other place of business.Lastly I specifically ordered my wings extra wet, because I have a problem with my wings every time. You would think I learn my lesson.Attached you will see my "extra wet" wings.Hands down one of my worst experiences at any restaurant.
I'm not impressed at all with this Chili's. To start with the staff isn't friendly at all. They weren't busy yet acted like waiting on us was an inconvenience. They messed my husband's order. We asked them to correct it. Well 20min later they brought out the right food. Nothing was hot except the part of his order they replaced. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty so I chose not to use it. Then as we get the bill they actually charged for an extra meal because they had to fix my husband's meal they messed up. Well I had to sit for another 15 minutes for the manager to come and snotty tell me how corporate will have to refund me since had to pay my bill before telling them they over charged me. Well of course I paid my bill 1st because their machine wasn't working correctly do the waitress had to get help to get to the payment screen so I never seen anything until I had the receipt emailed. It was a good thing I felt the bill was to high and did check my email or I wouldn't even be getting a refund if by chance I get 1 from corporate!!!
Went there for lunch with my daughter. Place was clean and staff friendly. Food was good as well. We had chips with guacamole, she had a cheese burger, and I had a veggies fajitas. Great local spot for food. Of course there are much better places to choose from but the time spent with my daughter together with me is priceless. They grow up to fast
