Smart Chick-fil-A people know a good one, this location needs assistance with their drive-thru. I don’t think they it built for the population and growth of the area they need to get a bigger location and hopefully will look at how other locations operate, they have way too many stops and pull cars into the in coming traffic flow because they can’t keep up with the high request of nugget meals. I should know I eat Chick-fil-A so I’m smart.
Best hands down quick fix for a fast food craving. Love the prices, love the chicken, love the options, and love the service. There's nothing I don't love about this place. Also, a wonderful asset to the community and I should know since for the past four years, they have contributed to the ERHS band banquet to make sure our seniors head into their first year as adults with a little help from their local business friends. Their consistent donation by way of free sandwich coupons is always a highlight of these students!
My grandmothers love Chick -fill- A do when I go to visit them, I always stop to get them their favorite food. This particular restaurant is in ClermontI always go inside because the drive thru is always pack. I have never had a bad experience with the food it is always fresh. The restaurant is always clean and let me tell you the dinning room is as busy as the drive thru. I recommend this location if ever find yourself in Clermont. I go every other week and I have never been disappointed.
Definitely the worst drive through in the whole franchise. I spent 25 minutes at the drive through here. I’m from Utah and when I tell you I was in and out those drive throughs with in minutes regardless of how busy it was I was there management was top tier through out the state this location though the worst by far. Definitely changed the experience I thought Chik Fi La pride them self in. So disappointed.
It was okay. The ladies forgot my son's sandwich so I had to go back thru and pay again. They didn't apologize just had me pay. so for salad, sandwich and fruit with 2 teas was 35.00I think I could of done a better lunch with that kind of money.
Order was correct, fresh & tasty. Staff friendly as usual. The grilled chicken deluxe sandwich is on point & the multigrain bun is a great choice for it.
I love Chick-fil-A but what is wrong with ignorant people who sit in the pick up order numbered spots and proceed to go in and pick up their food or sit and eat their food… Are they that remedial… Park in a spot that’s not reserved for pick up and think about everybody else other than yourself. Bunch of ignorance. Also try reading the doors that say don’t enter. I can’t tell you how many people walk in the employee door instead of the two double doors that’s meant for people. Again reading is fundamental
There were 2 occasions I ordered pepper jack cheese on my sandwich and received American Cheese. It would be nice if they double check the orders. However, they always corrected my order.
Great service. Had multiple people try to assist me when I walked in for a pickup of an online order even when it was really busy. Only 1 star off personally because off certain corporate policies but 5 stars of service.
Some jerk in a white SUV used the exit gap in the drive thru line to dive in front of a dozen cars who patiently waited in their respective order. The white SUV waited in line directly behind me for an additional five minutes until we were close to order takers. An awesome employee emerged from the store as I watched in my side mirror. The employee made a few circle motions with his hands, removed some barricades, and promptly helped the white SUV to back of line. I’ve never been so proud of a fast food restaurant.
