Coming into Chick-fil-A today I was very hungry. I walked in and Brandon at the front was amazing he had my order ready and he actually suggested what I was going to eat which was very delicious. Was sitting down I was just about done and Terrell came by and offered to take my garbage and also offered a free refill. He was very professional and polite . Customer service here is great and I would recommend all my family and friends to come.
This Chick-Fil-A is the best of all the ones I've been to. We always have great service from the nice and welcoming staff, and they have the best chicken sandwiches. Once in a while they get the order wrong, but it's not a big deal.The restaurant is also very clean, not dirty or filthy at all. The workers are nice and I never had a bad experience here. 5/5 for me!
From the person who took my order until my food was handed to me, I had an exceptional experience. Travelling alone and needed a late meal. Friendly faces beginning to end, and a free ice cream. The person who took my order told me how good the brownies were when I mentioned dessert, and she was right!!!! Best fast food dessert ever!!!
Food was delicious. Our first visit was a bit strange at the register. But everyone was very nice and helpful after that.Second visit was great from beginning to end. Delicious as well.
Keep in mind is still a fast food service restaurant, the food is good and the service is incredible. I like the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich.
This cfa is the worst one I have been to in clermont( 4 corners). No love and usually not fresh fresh like most of us have come to expect from cfa. Drive up to clermont they do a way better jobI.E. wrong cheese bun not even on my sandwich and the only hot thing about it is that it is spicy
First time visiting a Chick-fil-A and was not disappointed! Food was great and service was great. Maria, who said she was new was exceptional!! So welcoming and kind and she even gave a gift to my son when she found out it was his birthday. We will definitely come back when we return from the UK.
Several horrible experiences here. My order is made wrong frequently. Food always tastes super greasy and like the oil is dirty. Manager is rude. After making mistakes very rude to customers. Does not provide the chik fil a experience that is expected
First timer! Saw the sign for the BBChicken and pulled in. I may not agree with their politics but definitely enjoyed the Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich. My only critique, a little more bbq sauce would’ve definitely been better.I noticed, they’re closed on Sundays. For a company so employee driven, why are they closed on Sundays? Want to make a statement, employees should get holiday pay!Can’t believe I’m saying this, but, I’m a fan!
This one star review has been a long time building. Over the last few visits there has consistently been missing items from the orders. First time we decided to take a break from them for a while. Second time, I am post surgery and not up to cooking for the 7 people in-house at the time, and my daughter tells me the person taking the order complained that we had a big order. It wasn't and still items were missing. Are we supposed to just order 2 meals at a time and constantly circle the drive thru? Final time, I upsized the meals to larges. Only three people this time. Picture shown of the "generous" amount of fries they put in the large container, items missing again, and all the hot food was cold. I wonder how much you are really gaining for the corporation or the franchise owner when you steal a little bit from each customer? And really, do you even get a raise, or a gold star in recognition for your efforts. Well I guess you do get that gold star after all, but only one. Shame they don't make negative stars.
