This is home cooking with love! I have been here every week since October and never had anything bad on this menu. It is all delicious. Garlic knots are a must and love the cannoli (not stingy on the filling at all)
Veal Parmigiano just like Nonna, great atmosphereGrest service, thank you Sam
I will NEVER dine here again. I was trying to place a to go order and the dish was not on the menu. So I was asking to add mushrooms and make the sauce lighter. Well each dish is made to order so that was not a horrible request. The cashier had a smart sarcastic comment with each question I asked. So without customers you don't have a business?? I stated I could go somewhere else and spend my money and I had the same smart remarks. As I turned to walk away yhe cashier stated,"Thanks bro for wearing a mask!" Clearly I am a woman and not a guy. I do have a shaved head. Does he know why? Anyways some people are ignorant. I did respond with a courtesy wave with a finger or two so I'll take that responsibility for those inappropriate actions.
We ordered two eggplant sandwiches to go. The sandwich was very tasty with a mild tomato sauce and crispy bread. The eggplant was also very good. The only complaint I have is there should have been a few more slices of the eggplant in the sandwich.
I've been here several times and would normally give it a 5 star but this time I was disappointed with the veal dish I had. The veal was tough and very dry and I found the red sauce very acidic. One in our party had a calzone that had very little ingredients inside. The other 6 in our party were very satisfied with their meals.
Celebrated a Birthday here, we had a wonderful time! Great service great food.
We went with a party of 8 on a Saturday night and it was phenomenal! Huge portions, delicious food, reasonable prices and great service. Our waiter, Jacob, was great. I had Chicken Sorrente, three others had Chicken Francaise and someone else had Chicken Sassi. The chicken was cooked to perfection and so tasty! Would highly recommend
We had a large pizza....it was pretty good....but lacked some Italian zest/spice.....it seemed a bit bland....maybe for local tastes?? In any case, the pie was pretty good.....
First I want to say I'm a good Ole new Yorker Italian Goomba, have had thousands of Italian meals in my 62 years. From countless neighborhood friends homes growing up, to being fortunate to have experienced some of new Yorks little Italy sections finest restaurants. Now with that said...on with the review.Searched for an Italian restaurant my wife and I could meet our nephew and his son at in Clermont. Calabria looked promising when I Searched the web. We arrived and were immediately excited that this could be a real gem.I t looked great, and seemed like the real deal. The food was very appealing and we just knew we were in for a treat. But you MUST get some flavor into your dishes. Everything the four of us had was bland and not very tasty. Appearance and ambiance are no excuse for poor seasoning. Calabria has real potential but falls way short of the mark . If you want atmosphere then it's a good spot. But if you want an Italian meal that impresses then go elsewhere.
This was our first time there Ican say I was very very comfortable I didn’t feel tense and management and his team did an excellent job and excellent customer service for the first time (in a restraurant I didn’t feel anything about the pressure of COVID-19 and no staff problems (if they had it I didn’t feel it) THE KITCHEN was clean and the bathroom were clean. The servers did an excellent clean off the table. Th waitress did an excellent checking in on us. I just felt a family atromsphere it has been a longtime and a longtime that kind of you are glad to have stop by! DONT anything in Calabria
