I had so much hopes for this place, I used to love it. Now there's nobody there 90% of the time and no service. Now I'm wondering if they are shutdown. They have never been able to get this franchise to work here, they had the customers, they just could never get their act together. The money was always there on a customer standpoint, they went through tons of managers. Every day I drive by there is nobody in the store ever, I believe they are done. They need to close down and turn the lights off and put it out of business sign up or something. This one goes down to bad management what a total loss.
Understaffed like always. Forever at the drive thru. Burger King has changed for the worse. That is most locations. Its ashame because the menu is a lot better than McDonald's.
Ordered on app during the middle of the day, came to the place 10 minutes later, and nobody's there. Lights literally on, no one's home. Spent $25 no refund. So yeah. Dead to me.
Workers were inside during posted store hours but nobody greeted us at the drive thru or at the window and no sign said they were closed but they were not greeting us, taking our order, or tell us anything. We waited a few minutes and left.
Second time in a row that I visit (last week and today), around 9ish in the morning and I end up wasting my time as there is no staff in the restaurant. Fully abandoned.
I don’t understand what is going on with this location. I love their food and have very rarely had an issue with errors. Lately, the place seems abandoned, and during hours that they have posted as open, they are closed, and I’m talking early afternoon and evening. If you can find people there, half the time, the grill doesn’t work. Considering the parent company just spent, what, close to a billion dollars acquiring Firehouse Subs, I would hope they could invest in their franchisees. Especially when this is the only one in the area.**UPDATE** I asked the Pizza Hut next door what was up with them, and they had absorbed one of the Burger King employees that was part of a mass walkout. The entire staff quit to protest low wages. Unknown how long they’ll be closed.
The worst burger king in the history is here in clermont, fl. Bad service, food allways cold, they dont open fot breakfast. Never have employees. put this building for demolition
Wish I could give this place zero stars. We wanted to grab something quick on the way home. We waited 35 minutes total. When we got up to the window, they didn't have our food and asked us to pull around and someone would bring it out. No one brought it out. No one came. Waste of time. We just drove away and wasn't worth any more of our time.
This is a horrible location. No one knows what they are doing. The cashier was hanging with her boyfriend instead of taking orders. Food took so long to get and it was wrong when we finally got it. Not coming back even if it is the only burger kind in the area.
Food was really good, but service was insanely slow. I won't blame the employees for that, though. They were nice but there wasn't a lot of people working there at the moment.
